What's stopping people from using bitcoin?

I think people just don't see it as an actual currency. It goes up and down in price always. None can predict tomorrow. Some shop will honor the payment when they see the transaction on the blockchain (within seconds) but for larger purchases retailer needs 3+ confirmation which sometimes ends up being an hour.

What i guess isnt the question,but who is stoppling trying to block bitcoin.Companies like paypal,visa and mastercard has a lot to loose if bitcoin gets everywhere,they will loose their costumers very fast,a huge part of them not all,as the oldest may not dropp them.Soo they are in a buble trying to keep and make bitcoin unknow to the most,but well the buble is getting bigger,soo the way to fight is attack saying its is a good thing to black market and many others things,rumors to make bitcoin not grow.

People should be interested in using bitcoin, cause without it, nobody will do someting. People who still don't use bitcoin just not interested at my opinion.

Well we can't please people just for getting their interest to bitcoin, if they are not really interested in bitcoin. Then we can't do something to force
them using bitcoin, but if they can see the convenience of it.
Maybe they will change their minds for not using it and in the end they will regret their decision.

That's the thing, if they are not already interested in Bitcoin a majority of people have no reason to get themselves into the Bitcoin economy. For a majority of people, the fiat system is fine for them and they don't need anything that Bitcoin offers. Most of the time they won't bother to learn more about Bitcoin and find out more about what Bitcoin offers, because they aren't interested in it.

That will be hard to convince if they are not really interested to use bitcoin. But I guess, teach them how to earn bitcoin and how you can get it and exchange it to real money and show it to them. For sure, they will be convince as long as they can see a proof of monetary unit.
They will become interested into it.

The best thing to redirect a person to bitcoin is only that we teach them how they can earn bitcoin without investment in the start after that when they learn about bitcoin they will invest ment as much as possible.

Do not consider price fluctuation as a threat but treat it as an opportunity to earn quick profits and everything will be fine people are not using it because they don't know how to use it.

That's Right, This question is have some answer. Because many factors can make someone is stop using bitcoin. Price fluctuation only one of Many factors can make people want to stop using bitcoin.

What's stopping people from using bitcoin?
Well, regular person is very hard to to buy Bitcoins in the first place.
Even if he manage to buy some, because he dont know how blockchain works, he don't know how to transfer them. he don't even know what is that numbers an letters (his address)
He don't know how to track the transaction, he might not be refunded if he made a mistake, or simply he don't want a product...
and you know, people fear from uknown..... thats why i think that cryptocurrency in general is still very young to be used as a currency, but blockchain itself has may other possibilities.

If you don't have patience then you should not invest your money into it, as to earn huge profits from it you need to hold it for a really long time.

Maybe that's it people stops using bitcoin because they don't have patience, they don't have patience for waiting the price increase and they don't value it that they can really earn from it. Patience is really need in bitcoin and we all know there are people that doesn't have enough patience for

yeah sometimes the investment in bitcoin require extra patience. sometimes price below very long time or price in a stable condition long time. if you're not the one who had endless patience, maybe bitcoin is not a place for you. if you can not wait then you will only get a whopping

That's true patience is really needed if you are going to enter in the investment of bitcoin because without it for sure you will just get bored, and I think not just bitcoin needs patience but almost all things need it.
It just depend on the person, but patience really is one thing to consider for those people that stops using bitcoin.

The things can stop people in bitcoin if they are busy in their real jobe and also they focus in their family but those people are not serious and they treat bicoin as their past time.

That's somehow legit, that why should get into bitcoin and earn bitcoin, if they already have their own businesses, job and other ways of earning fiat money.
But in the future I know it will happen that they will adopt bitcoin and no one can stop it.

What stopping people from using bitcoin is the availability of store /merchant where they can use their Bitcoin, literacy is another factor, it is a sad fact that lots of people even though heard about something dare not to research what it is even if it will benefited them.  They always tend to listen to negative criticism without base rather than knowng the truth.  Fear of losing their BTC holdings coz of hacking and other unexpected event is another reason too.

yes i also think that's one factor that until now the growth of bitcoin is not growing too rapidly and there are some people who bitcoin leaving because they suffer losses when some exchange give a announcement if they are collapse now.
