youd be surprised. people have scammed for far, far less than that on here. some people seem to think bitcoin is more valuable than gold or something around here, its just money.

Yeah some people are way too lazy to think of the thousands of ways to make money, if they just followed some of the tips here and do some odd jobs they could make those few cents themselves without having to scam people for small change.

It's a difficult question... I've been scammed for a couple of bucks before. I would suggest to always use an escrow, even for small amounts.

On the other hand, using an escrow for such a small deal might be a waste of his time... If he charges a fee, the fee itself might be higher than the transferred amount.

I wonder why would you care to bother other people in such a small sum? You can just agree on different terms instead of having someone to escrow this deal for you.
