I know this is already a "Beware Scammer" area, which is why I am starting out in small amounts to build reputation.  I don't want to go through the various 3rd party hoopla's to get to the end result.

I have a registered, verified and multiple year old PayPal account, looking for a small transaction of like under 3BTC.

Interesting.. though when I tried to make an account here with GibbyD it did say it was taken, so I'm not sure?  Definitely not me though bud, sorry.   Is there any recourse you can take against said person, because I would encourage it if possible.
