Historical Documents about Cryptocurrency (from Cypherpunks & Governments)

Hi all,

I'm attempting to build a list of public historical documents about "digital cash" but only have a few entries.  I wasn't sure where to post this, but this seems like the right place.  Help me add to this list?  Any relevant entries will be added to this main post; if possible, please include a short description.

Amazing list, and it looks like I have some work cut out for me once I get home - sadly this isn't accessible on my work computer.

Why not include the Bitcoin whitepaper itself? Since bitcoins are the first decentralized digital scarce medium of exchange, and that should be the definition of "cryptocurrency". Though that term is abused so much it might as well include fiat currencies.
