As far as I understand BitKong allows LN deposits. Can we request a Lightning Network withdrawals, too? Is there a minimum withdrawal amount limit in this case?
More important will be the question how fast will they process a withdrawal? Somebody any experience? You can use the Lightning network, but if they have to manually review and approve withdrawals, and lets say pay ou in 40 hours, then it is pretty useless. I also can not find any company information on their site? Actually, I can't find any information regarding the LN withdrawal on their site. @Bitkong.me can you clarify a little bit on this issue? no company information on your side. and how does it work with licenses because more people are writing into this usually when i acces a site i can click on a validator but your sites does not have any which means is this illegal and is this also illegal for customers to gamble if your site does not have valid license

If I understood correctly, the current setup allows small deposits via the Lightning network but withdrawal is only possible if we have a minimum of 0.001 BTC in the account and we are faced with a excessive fees of at least 10,000 sats? Isn't that contrary to the very idea of LN transactions? Either you support LN transactions or you don't! LN's main advantages are in terms of transaction speed and, more importantly, low transaction fees. I think it would be very beneficial for both parties to allow Lightning withdrawals as well. |

Thanks for your question. As you may know, to receive lightning payment, you need “receiving capacity.” A lot of people don’t understand this, and it can become a support nightmare because of failed payments. Right now, we are researching to find out the best way to support lightning withdrawals. I actually see their point. If you go to deposit and it fails you still have your BTC and you can try to figure out what is wrong. If they try to send you BTC and it fails, they have to figure out what is wrong on their end, or your channel, etc. I have played at some casinos that have lightning deposit and withdraw and when the withdraw failed it was a real pain to figure out the issue. Turned out to be one of my channels but 1st thing I did was ask them what they were doing wrong..... -Dave |

I've been playing in awhile now in Bitkong even though I'm losing sometimes I can still play using their demos and it give the same feeling when you play with real Bitcoin the difference is that I don't care how much I lose. It's great that you're now handling a tournaments for your players

I agree. While tower gambling isn't offered at many casinos, BitKong is definitely the cleanest and most user-friendly option out there. Their sister site Simpledice (which of course is a dice site, not tower gambling) is also very well designed. |
