Hi guys,
How big exactly is your house edge? As at the first square is 3% but then seems to be smaller? Or I'm mistaken in my calculations?
It's addictive as much as Satoshi mines, but 3% is kind of big for me.
The house edge indeed is a bit high comparing to other sites but they have a unique sort of game and not just a simple dice game. Players are bearing like 10-15% edge on sports and hence if a creative game comes out, its normal to expect at least 2-3 edge and maybe more/less if the game is multiplayer ( which bit kong is not though ) Personally telling, I love the sleek design and elegant look plus that background sounds. |

Good to see yet another site,but when i tried to register in your site i could not see that option,when ever i change the user name it does not provide any further option to set my password or register an account,do we have to link our social media account to have a proper registration. Just want to know what i am missing here.
My question too few post from this. Hopefully they will come up with a registration without needs of social media account as usual in the world of gambling. Yes, we will come up with email registration soon, which will not require Facebook account. Stay tuned! Any updates on the email registration? |

Guys play with atmost caution, today while playing (easy game board) my balance is 25 bits at that time and when I played game by betting 1 bit at step-1 after clicking the game got out all of a sudden without me pressing to end button. not just 1 bit but all the rest 25 bits including the 1 bit which I palyed in betting has gone and the game went to demo mode, even the tickets nos changed to cover it. when escalated this issue to bitkong support team they are not ready to investigate it and straightaway told that their system is bug proof and there is no issue with their system and they have not heard such kind of issue since they started 2 years back. And blamed me and my internet connection. I urged them to please investigate but they threatened me that they will block me if I further escalate this issue.
My only suggestion to fellow users is please play with caution and always record the screen when playing with big amt since the site can change all proofs instantly against user, better to keep game recorded so that if any fishy happens you can pose the recorded video as proof.

Hey, you sent us a screenshot where you could see that you lost 25 or so bits (maximum balance you had) and then played a demo game. Our support explained to you that when you played in the martingale style, you could accidentally click the "Max" button when you increase the bet and play the bet without noticing. It happens sometimes when people play inattentively or very fast, it's not a bug, a system error or something, we process hundreds of thousands of dollars of bets every day, and we won't steal from you 25 bits, which, by the way, we provided to you for free. |

I'm still a bit confused with the game being played how to get the win in this site, looks very new in my eyes.. as long as i know the games that are on various sites. So glad I sent a test deposit. Bitkong never credited my account and told me I lost  I never even got to play. The support person said unfortunately I lost, to look at my plays... I only played the "free" 500 satoshi faucet and they're saying I LOST. I'm so glad I didn't put in a real amount. The entire list of "my plays" doesn't even add up to 100,000 satoshi let alone 200,000. Never again |

it is strange and confusing that you saying the affiliate commission is 25% of the house edge
in other posts i can see the house edge as 3%
another posts you saying the affiliate will get 0.25% of the total wagered also some other posts is 49% of the house edge
i did make an account to be affiliate but honestly no much info or missing info or something is wrong
how come 0.25% of total wagered is a 25% house edge when the house edge is 3%
why this misleading informations ?
0.25% is 25% of a 1% house edge if it was 3 % house edge then affiliate should earn 0.75% of the total wagered
you should not be dishonest on this things
