Better to buy or sell now?

Buy a small % of your total crypto portfolio into it, and hold. Well that is what I am going to do anyway. If it triples then I will sell the original amount, and hold the rest long time.

Bought some IOTA from the marketplace section a while back, only to find the guy was a scammer. Lost my BTC back then..  Cry

Guys, do you know what was the ICO price for IOTA? Also, what is the unit of IOTA in exchanges? I mean, if it's G iota please post the ICO price for one such unit. Smiley

It will be megaiota. The ICO raised 1337 btc, and there are in total 2'779'530'283,277761 miota, you can make your own calculations Wink
Every megaiota = 48 satoshi then.

I hope people don't get fooled by these stupid OTC prices.
Already around 500x ICO! lol

Who's brave enough to buy at those prices?

Buy it on bitfinex.com. They are having problems. They say it is DDos but it might just be because so many people are trying to get iota.

I bought my IOTA coin in bitfinnex also. Good to see its moving now.

Brutal dump incoming.

No. You guys just don't get it. You have no idea what's gettting ready to happen.

Just heard about IOTA, what is going to happen?

This is why I do believe we need government to step in to regulate this ICO shit.  It makes people look stupid to invest in something that only shows promises but no real working product yet.

This!  I also want this ICO to be legally binding and the issuer will be known and serious enough with the project. Any ICO should be reviewed by a body for approval and be ready for the market. It should be scrutinized first, so that it will not fall into cam project.

Project should be feasible, viability, the roadmap, profitability, market study etc..

Will I have to perform ID verification in order to buy them at bitfinex or anyone can buy it there?

The ICO was two years ago and raised just over a million dollars.. There is so much people don't understand.

So Mr. Windjc,  Do you think this IOTA is better than GameCredits?

Completely different animals. Completely different use cases. Both without any real competitors.

I understood that they both are for different use cases.  But what I was referring to was that should Gamecredits deserved $1.7 billion valuation instead?  At least Gamecredits is the first cryptocurrency gamming company with no danger Competitors . And to be opened its store soon.

No ID needed if transferring in BTC. I think if someone wants to use or cash out USD on there then they need ID.

Don't go guys against the direction of History.

I read upon this quickly this morning as I have only been a part of the crypto world for a few months. That being said, I understand it is

1) zero fees
2) can scale
3) offline transactions

What I do not understand is how the valuation is soo high right off the bat. And also how does this plan to make money and increase, like how do the devs and people working for this project make any money? Huh

I just do not get it, could somebody please explain this or tell me where I can find the information for myself? Would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

ICO was Nov - Dez 2015 ,

Since then the project has grown step by step. At the beginning only as a theory of many smiled. Since the middle of 2016, some cooperations have gradually been established.

It is not as if IOTA had emerged as one of the many Shitcoins from yesterday to today.

It might be an extraordinary project, but for now the valuation needs to go down more to make it viable.
