OH ME OH MY MY

This Ico is to be mainly for those who wish to get in on a coin with a bright future and an Advantage over pow when you have no miner's now at the same time we have thought of Miners and there use to our Network which we see as Essential so we made a Decision to let Proof of work run up until block 200,000 with pow rewards increasing up until that point and Proof Of stake rewards decreasing up until that point at which all will be on the same % then. We have plans for the ICO funds not just saying oh it's for this and that so

we can RUN that's A NO NO NO!!!!

ICO Coins: 150
ICO Price: 0.1 BTC
ICO Total: 15 BTC

If All Ico Coins are sold then

15 BTC goes on

3 Btc will go to Rex to add us Sucessfully Wink
2 Btc will be used for Market support @ 0.0025 Btc totalling 800 Coins all coins sold into the 2 BTC gets Destroyed
2 Btc Towards Advertising Campaign
1 Btc for translations @ 0.05 per translation until Bitcoin gone
1 BTC to the escrow provider for holding the Escrow
0.1 Btc for block explorer
0.9 Btc for Mining Pools @ 0.1 till gone (They do need paying we feel)

5 BTC to the Developers ie me and the team

If All ICO coins are not sold then unsold coins will be destroyed and we will have to re-work things out.

What is it?

It will become a main centre for Staking and Mining Coins Hence the name.

We aim to setup 2 Pc's Running nothing but Wallets Staking coins all staked coins will be sold and funds used to buy PDY off the Market for support and balance in keeping the supply under control.

All PDY bought get destroyed to the same BURN address as ICO Remaining Funds if any.

POS we can start Straight AWAY

We also aim to setup 25 Ant Miner s3+ @ 11.325 TH/s in Total to start our Digy Phase With the same outcome as Pos Staking. We will mine coins and sell them on the Market to buy PDY creating Market Support on a regular basis even more.

All PDY bought get destroyed to the same BURN address as ICO Remaining Funds if any.

We Expect Pow operations to be setup within 3wks - 1 1/2 months for obvious reasons one of which is a bit of funding.

ALL POSDIGY COMPLEX ACTIVITY WILL BE PUBLICIZED

25 Antminer S3+... decent little operation you're building. Have you fully costed that out? Because if you simply have normal retail electricity costs, you may never achieve a positive return on investment on setting it up, let alone generating any meaningful surplus BTC to buy your own altcoin.

0.1 = 150 coin  Huh
0.0025 = 1 coin support in the market dump?
if they buy at ico 150 coin they will dump in that support
that 150 coin is worth 0.375 btc if they dump their coin
if you will put buy support maybe its better if it will be put atleast 10% below the price
or in the same of the price @ 0.00066666 BTC if im right so price can go higher than buy support
if only miner will dump it can support miner dump up to 40000+ block or 3000 coins
if wallet will be compatible in my laptop will join i like the idea

We have a building that we rent that has the electricty in the rental price so there is at least one year of no extra electrical billing

Yes 0.1 btc is correct
0.0025 Per coin Is to be there to take coins out of the market which have been created by the stakers In the high Pos Range (maybe changed to 0.001 which would then take out 2,000 coins out the market. We are not worried about miner's dumping as there is 0 block reward till block 2,000 and the reward starts low building up you've seen the rewards. We know most may hold coins they stake but we also know some will stake and sell what they got from stake thus come our idea for the low support as it won't be miner's dumping but rather stakers doing it.

And can't see why wallet would not be compatible for you

Dont know if there are pool operators that are willing to build a pool. If not before ico ends we will deliver a pool our selfs.

And there wont be a count down. Iff ico sells out before estimate time frame mining starts sooner

let me do the math
0.1  / 150= 0.00066666
150 x 0.0015 = 0.225
in 0.1 investment they can earn 0.125 btc when you set that wall
its clearly that some of them will just buy in that ico just dump it later
there a lot who do that those who want to earn in minute or hour
and also how can we trust you that your not the one who will dump in that wall
your group can buy worth 1 btc in that ICO and dumped it in that wall
because you will be the one who will set that wall
did you get my point?

about the wallet my laptop is 32 bit and sometime other wallet is not compatible

Ico price is 0.1 per coin and were putting up 2 btc buy support @ 0.0025 Btc per coin to burn those coins that get dumped.
and I don't really understand what you are saying it's a bit confusing. We are not a group and why would we honestly need to even think about dumping when as stated on Ann if it sells out 5 btc goes to us the rest goes on the coin.

Yes the wallet will be static and will work on both 32bit & 64bit.

i dont think someone will buy in that ICO 0.1 each is too much expensive
you know why because it will take almost 4 days to make it 2 in 27% daily
and i dont think even it get in 200k block that 1 will make it atleast to 100
and miner can beat that stake its better if they wait until you finish that 2000 block and start renting some rigs
and the question is why we will bought in that ICO if its better to mine ?
when we already know that we will lose in the end
if no one will buy it clearly that all your plan will not happen

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA512

I have been asked by bitcointalk user Frazazel (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=324015) to help escrow the funds for the ICO of the altcoin "PDY": https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1220940

Investors may send BTC to the following escrow address to purchase the ICO coins: 1EXJwJzes82N2Rf3i5ZPyikja9tnEx6zuX

Before sending any coins, please read the following and understand the terms in full:

- - Please ONLY send BTC with an address you control, preferably one you can use to sign a message with to prove your ownership of the address. This will be important in case any conflict arises.

- - Note that as escrow I am only insuring that you receive your purchased ICO coins and nothing else. I do not endorse the coin or guarantee any of it's future success. This is all dependant on the developer(s). I personally cannot guarantee that the coin will be successful or that you will get any returns on the investment, so please understand that you are investing at your own discretion.

- - I will be handling the ICO coin distribution at the end of the ICO phase. ICO coins are to be fully distributed to all ICO participants prior to the ICO BTC being released to the dev.

- - After you've sent BTC to my escrow address, please simply message the dev Frazazel (user profile link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=324015)  with the amount of coins you've purchased. You may be asked to provide proof that you were the one who sent the payment to the escrow address in order to receive your purchased ICO coins. All ICO coin distribution will be handled by stakerush dev.

- - The BTC held in escrow will be released to PDY dev once the ICO phase has ended, and only after all investors have received their ICO coins in full.

- - The fee I charge depends on the total amount of BTC raised in the ICO: 5% if 10 BTC or under total funds raised, 2.5% if over 10 BTC Total funds raised

If you agree to the above terms you may go ahead and send BTC to the escrow address to participate in this ICO: 1EXJwJzes82N2Rf3i5ZPyikja9tnEx6zuX

Kind regards, and good luck with this project and to it's investors.

Have absolutely no objection to people being paid for work
and services But...

Can't help but notice you allocate 1 BTC for escrow but,
escrow quotes his rates in this thread at 2.5% for over 10 BTC and
5% for 10 BTC or less = .max .5 BTC
