I wasn't expecting that Mavericks would win that big against the GSW. Too bad I wasn't able to put a bit on the high odds like Mavs winning 11+ or more, that should have been a jackpot. Hopefully next time, I can spot a game like that,

porzingis is a decent player a star, you can't predict the injury everyone came across of it, no one can escape, Dallas has a good shot this season for the west finals, I just don't know if they can overcome the Lakers this year, if they can they have a good shot at the championship against the nets, also if Luka will not encounter another injury in the playoffs its a blockbuster faceoff in any team in the west.

He hasn't proven yet actually, he is not a big deal anymore on the team, due to his inconsistency, it has affected the team's rotation and probably the chemistry too. Look at Dallas, they started winning because they have adjusted on KP's absence, but the moment he'll return, they need to adjust again and they'll be inconsistent.

I have seen him play badly in the first half and it will end like that. But when he establish a good start and warmed up, it's not easy to stop him anymore.
They will need two men to force him in passing the ball. He proved it last night. He just needs to play 28 minutes with 39 points because the lead was unreachable.
Golden State Warriors really played a bad night. This Friday against Timberwolves is a must-win for them.

If there are open opportunities for the team to trade him, I agree that Luka needs someone who he can rely with.

It's hard for KP since he's not getting any younger plus those many injuries that he have, Dallas have a bright future with Luka's leadership, management needs to give role players who can jive with him, just how they offer good players around Dirk before.

Big game tonight for the Knicks.  They dropped a winnable game against the suns.  Randall has to have a big rebound game he looked off against the suns.  The east is tight with around 10 games to go and a long west coast road trip ahead.  They can easily slide into the 8-9-10 spot with a couple losses. 😬

They are definitely more hungrier, as their winning streak has ended. So for sure they wanted to win against a lowly Chicago Bulls. I don't think that they can slide to that position though, they have good lead at 4th spot right now in the East.

Other teams know how much of a injury problem Porzingis is as well, if he wasn't this much injured he would have been a great asset but we all know he is. If Mavs ever want to trade him, they are not going to get too much for him, sure they are going to get some, but not too much. This is why I think they are keeping him for now, maybe they will drop is contract because of all the injuries and in that case they could get a lot more chances to get something. Even few first round picks from a low level team that is tanking would be insane, they could get someone from draft that will compliment Luka and they could play for a lot of years.

In any case, having Luka is a problem, why? Because he is good enough that he carries the team to playoffs so missing good draft position, but he is not good enough to get a championship all by himself, this puts Mavs in a difficult position.

There is only 2 games separating 4th and 7th which is a play in game.  The Knicks end the season on a deadly west coast trip.  Lakers, clippers, suns, Memphis, etc.  Those will all be tough games.  Some of the teams behind them have softer schedules.  If I had to guess, Knicks end up in 6th.  But would be happy if they sat in the 4/5 spot of course

These teams are unstoppable in their current state and if the Wizards managed to climb to the playoff three with their current skills in the court, then Westbrook will regain his honor and status as one of the unique players in the league. Imagine, they were in the last spot a few months ago and now they are close to getting to the playoff tree.

After 10 years of missing the playoffs the Suns are now back sealing it with a win against the Clippers.
The last time they were in it was with Steve Nash and Amare Stoudemire.
Imagine how long was that while Steve Nash is now a coach for the Nets.  

This is a good start and now Devin Booker will have experience in the playoffs. With a veteran like CP3, they might even make it to the Finals if Booker will do his job as an offensive player. I wish he will not be shaky and just play the game with high intensity.
