You know a team is great when they are 7th seed and they are tied with second seed at 2-2 and you think thats a bad thing for 7th seed . I know the situation when you give the context of "lakers were last year's champions and added some good role players as well but AD and lebron missed a chunk of the season that is why they are 7th seed" that makes sense but it is still funny for a 7th seed to be blamed to be 2-2 with 2nd seed All jokes aside maybe this is not as easy as it looks, I still think Lakers will win the series as long as AD can play properly but I think it is not going to be easy and it is going to take much more from Lebron, like Cavs times level of carrying to reach finals if he wants to, otherwise they are not going to beat all those opponents with yesterday type of games.

In my opinion, the matches are pretty predictable, since the outcome of the series can happen between 76 and the Wizards today, and the Jazz have been playing calmly and confidently for the last two matches, preventing Morant from catching the series, although the Grizzlies still have chances to reach the semifinals.
The Wizards have to do a lot of work on their mistakes, because at the moment, they do not look like favorites at all, even though they got one of the strongest opponents of the playoffs. The Grizzlies, in turn, still have a chance of reaching out the semifinals, as Morant pulls the team forward with all his might. But at the moment Jazz looks more confident to win imo.

I think I will put my bet on the Bucks to win against the Nets.

Yes, the Nets have a big 3 but the Bucks are playing extraordinarily this season, they have an advantage on the inside, they could be physical with their defense and the Nets might have some problem with that. I like their chances actually, I know I'm in the minority but I'm loving the odds now.

Not sure yet until they get that first round with the Celtics, they need 1 more win though. I'm partial with this, we may say they got the paint but remember Nets team has almost the playoff expertise a team could have and that's a feature by this team that shouldn't be ignore.

It looks like the East side wasn't that tight though and the excitement was really onto the West side with those tight games and standings.

Yeah the east is really the top 3 teams the rest of the teams don't have a shot.  Really thought the Knicks would throw up a better fight than this.  Definitely thought it was a 50/50 series but they looks as bad as they have all season long.  They really need Mitchel Robinson back in the worst way.

Knicks need a win at home to make it an exciting series, if they will not give everything they have, they will regret it as the fans will witness the exit at their home court, at least win this thing and has a chance to bring back the series on the road and play harder again. The way they are playing, I'm having a little expectation only, but the fans should help them though.

That's really an impressive work from those 3 with just 3 people they already have 104 points combined the Brooklyn Nets really do have a good offensive players with Durant, Harden and Irving I really think they can beat anyone. I think this could be the best offensive trio in the NBA right now.  In regards with Tatum that's really an impressive offense a 40 point alone with versus this big three is not that easy to achieve.

I was also impressed with the combination of these three superstars of Brooklyn. Irving may have some disappointment with the Celtics, so as the fans because the trade to the Celtics seemed to be a failure as he is mostly injured and can't play in the playoffs. it's alright, Irving should take that and just focus on his new team and win a championship, they are the favorites in the betting sites, which means that expectation for them to win is really big.

Nets will have a very tough journey going forward, first the Bucks then probably Sixers in the ECF.

Will see what this core group is made up of.  They need better perimeter defense, Atlanta outside shooting is killing them.  Not expecting much as the only ones who showed up for the series was d rose and and Taj.  Other than that it looks like knicks think it's preseason.  Disappointed as of now

When they've already advanced and if they won the next game, that's for sure. They will have a tough time with their next opponent, Bucks. They've easily won 4-0 against the Heat and it's just the first game that became hard for them because it went through overtime.
But with the rest of their games from game 2 to game 4. They've made it look easy that they're able to beat the Heat with a lot of leads which already dictated that they're the first team to advance, earliest than the others.

I agree with that Sixers, they might sweep that  Wizards like The bucks had recently done with the Heat, however, the Memphis team is quite different, they won one game against the NBA's best team in the West and they also gave a good game in the last 2 games, so game 4 should be a close match in my opinion.

Yeah, and that's even with Mitchell around.
Grizzlies have good chemistry and well-rounded players playing at any position.
It's a matter of defense that would determine the pace of the game.
If the Grizzlies could create stops and cash it out with a fast break opportunity they might win this game.
Gobert is not that fast to set a defensive position, they should attack the paint at a fast pace. Don't settle for outside shots especially for Ja Morant.

Looks like they didn't get the 4-0 which they thought they would easily get tonight. the Washington Wizards compete with them until the final quarter and got the victory in the final buzzer. 3-1 and still the PHI leads the series.

Ja Morant has really taken over his role as the superstar of this grizzlies team. He has got to be one of the youngest leaders of an NBA franchise and he is taking it well. The Jazz are currently beating Memphis and it hasn’t looked good for them since Donovan Mitchell came back, but their future looks bright as long as they can keep Ja Morant under contract. Now is Utah’s time though I think.

At first I doubt this kid as he's prone to a career ending injuries because of his explosiveness and eagerness to finish at the rim. But I guess he realized what was on the line If he continues to do the same after he got off from an injury. Now, his game quickly matured and Infact he's leading his team in all category. I'd like to see more of this kid and the Memphis in the next few years.

On the other hand, the Utah Jazz will have a mission this post season, If in case they'll face the Denver Nuggets in the WCF.

I don't know if he can play on game 5 but if Embiid will be out of the picture then  this is a big problem for 76ers, the contribution of Embiid is a big loss of the team for  for sure  they will struggle for certain adjustment to be made on their rotation, But let see if   wizards can keep their momentum since we also know that 76ers still have a deep roosters so maybe lets just see on what will happen if Westbrook will punish them and bring his team on next round.

Looks like the injury of Embiid and the missed free throws of Simmons in the last minutes of the game has helped the Wizards to win this Game 4 and not be swept.
Game 5 will be at Philly and we don't know yet if Embiid will play on that game. We know how much of an impact of Embiid is when he is playing and seeing him injured gives a chance for the Wizard to at least give them a good fight. If Embiid will play on Game 5 then the series will be over I think.

Though, Nets still the favorite here as they've got much deeper squad, with the power trio which now we've seen what they are capable with, The firepower of KD, Kyrie and Harden plus all the role players to comes up playing what they've got, it's a good series to watch out for sure.

I disagree though, Nets doesn't have a deeper squad, they only got the big 3 and after that there's no one to score, they only have Joe Harris (3 point specialist) and then and old Blake.

And as we can see on the Bucks last win, Giannis doesn't need to score heavily and can be a play maker, game 1 was Middleton's hitting the winner, and then Jrue Holiday and Lopez to help them out. Forbes and Portis also come out big in their series against the Heat. While Nets heavily rely on their big 3. When Boston stole a game against them, Irving was the missing piece scoring less than 20 points. So if one of the big 3 has an off-night, most likely they are not going to win.

I agree with the fact that the Nets doesn't have a deeper squad but they have a consistent big 3 that can get more than 20 points and that is helping them win each games. I just hope that one of them will not be injured all throughout the series since the 3 of them has history of injuries already. Joe Harris is no doubt a good three pointer and because of that, he became the supporting cast of the Big 3.

On the other hand, I like how Giannis is playing right now. With his height and a wide wingspan, points and rebound are just easy for him and the adjustment that he had is the ability to make plays. Nets doesn't have a deep squad but this Bucks have a very deep one especially their supporting casts. You have Holiday, Forbes, Tucker who are very good at defending and at the same time can contribute in terms of points if needed. I'm very excited to watch Nets and Bucks playing . Nets in 7

Yes, I agree with you.
It might be early to say but he plays like in his prime already. Damn, he is just 21 and he can do so much when he receives more experience.
The Jazz will end this series next game but it won't end his career. This playoffs game is a good stepping stone and now he knows how it's like or how tough it is unlike the season games.
Even analysts are having a difficult time with whom NBA player they could compare him. He's just too unique.
The kind of player where you want to build a team just for him. A strong team that would highlight his skills.

Playing inside and attacking the basket is how Wizard snatched this win and avoid the sweep, though the next game will be at Philly
and knowing how big this team playing at home, might possible to end this one at home in front of their home crowd. Ben Simon didn't
produce that much to cover Embiid unlike from their previous games where he take care when Embiid is not around.
