Not only Jimmy but also Moody which one of the key player of Warriors now. They now have Porzingis which is playing very well for Warriors. The duo of Curry and Porzingis can give Warriors a slightly good run in case Curry take over and hit hot 3s since they already have an inside threat with Porzingis.
As per report, he will be returning.. https://www.nba.com/news/stephen-curry-full-scrimmages Coach Steve Kerr still believes Stephen Curry could return to the Golden State Warriors before the regular season ends after missing two months with a right knee injury.
Klay Thompson is already traded on Mavs and I doubt he will still be productive even if he is still playing on GSW.
Klay is not the same after returning from his major injury.
Remember, he already won a championship with the team after coming back from a season of rest due to injury. He may be inconsistent now, but the core experience he brings from his prime is still valuable, and the Warriors could still make something work with that. I think it was a wrong decision to trade him. I really miss the Splash Brothers.

I think it was a wrong decision to trade him. I really miss the Splash Brothers. It was Klay decision to move out of the Warriors, so they don't have a choice but to give what Klay wanted. But we could also say the same with Klay, he might have the wrong decision to move out of the Warriors. He said that he wanted to go to the Mavs because he wanted to team up with Luka. Unfortunately, we've seen the blockbuster trade, Luka goes to the Lakers while the Mavs got AD. Now they are tanking and so we don't know how long Klay can play because it also looks like he might have lost his prime already.

They’ve been led by Doncic’s massive performances but I’m honestly a bit worried he might fall victim to an injury in the playoffs. Lebron needs to step up a bit more and lead with his experience there; otherwise, the Lakers' job will get tougher.
He's careful with how he play but that can't be denied that it's possible he might hit it before the important games. But let's just wish him well for every game that he's doing well and will avoid serious injuries. I think that the Lakers management is also thinking about this and reminding him to still play with utmost care. remaining 6 games will be against the Thunder, Mavs, Thunder, Warriors, Suns, and Jazz, respectively. I see 3 of these as guaranteed wins. If they can grab the home game against Thunder, the Suns game might be a bit of a struggle but they have a high potential to win it too. imo Lakers' goal should be to win at least 4 games, finish 54-28, and protect the third seed.

I’m looking forward to watching tomorrow night’s game between the Lakers and the Thunder. It should be a good preview of what is in store for the postseason. It will also be broadcast on Amazon prime which means a lot of folks will be watching, including me.

I see potential 55 wins for Lakers at the end of regular season honestly. The Mavericks, Warriors, Suns and Jazz games are very likely to end with wins for them normally. Curry is about to be back in a couple of days maybe but I don't think Warriors can still hold them back. I think Lakers could win the home game against Thunder as well. I know they lost 2 times against them already but who knows...

If Doncic gets injured, the Lakers have no chance; they'll lose in the very first matchup. There's not much the Lakers can do without Doncic. Of course, LeBron is the goat and a very important player on the team, but his performance alone won't be enough. Looking at the recent games, almost all the players are contributing significantly to the score and making a lot of baskets. This is very promising for the Lakers. They can be successful in the upcoming games thanks to this

Rockets could have been way higher, and have an easier situation, all the way until all-star or so they were doing fine, and I even remember them being high like top two or three, and then they had a bad period.
I think the fact is simple, Rockets have too much of a young core, and while Durant does bring in a veteran leadership, he isn't the leader type of player, as we have seen from his texts. This is why they may not have the best playoff period, they may just end up losing quite quickly.

Doncic had such an amazing month... 600 points in March is just crazy man! He broke a record with most points in a March in Lakers history. He has the 4th most number of points in a month in NBA since 1970 also. Maybe these stats might not matter for an average viewer but it does for me. He is 4th in the KIA MVP Ladder currently despite this huge effort. But it might still change later on.

Wemby is another subject, he does deserve it too in a sense, but someone who has played less minutes than Lebron who is ineligible due to less games played, all because he "played" more games but just restricted minutes, makes no sense. How could someone who played 20 minutes a game for many games, end up being the MVP?

Not Shai Gilgeous-Alexander or Nikola Jokic but Luka Doncic.. I honestly can’t imagine where the Los Angeles Lakers would be right now without Luka Doncic. Without him, they probably wouldn’t even make the Play-In Tournament. Trading Anthony Davis for Luka Doncic was definitely a great decision by the Lakers.

Luka deserves the MVP this season. They’re still good with healthy AD, but they’re even better with Luka. He’s not as injury-prone as AD and is still in his prime. The Lakers really hit the jackpot with that trade. Even if Lebron leaves after this season, the Lakers could still be a playoff team. But they’ll need another player who can take on Lebron’s scoring load, he’s a reliable double digit scorer after all. But yeah, if I had to rank the MVP ladder, I’d go Luka, Wemby, then SGA.

This is with him getting suspended for a game against a team that just gave up 83 to a player… That makes it even more impressive. Almost like the NBA was set on giving Luka that suspension to keep him from scoring more last month (they suspended him the game before and then rescinded it and suspended him again for the Wizards game).

He's definitely ahead of SGA, but looking at the media he's still not seen as the top candidate. In my opinion, after Jokic the strongest candidate right now is Doncic. But I'm not sure if either of them will actually win the award.

You can throw all the hate about SGA all day, but we can't deny the fact that he's one of the best players right now in the league, and he's carrying the team without his offense buddy in J-Dub. Just to add as well, he's on pace to average 30PPG again, and he's been doing it for consecutive years, and not only that, he's on pace to average 55% FG as well, and only elite players are doing it - let alone doing it both in the same season. Anybody can say that SGA is a foul baiter, but for me, that's just a loophole that he unlocked. Harden did the same thing, but didn't receive as much hate as SGA is getting. Well, people will always look at the negative side of things, and doesn't appreciate the positive things that he's been doing with his team. I'm not saying that SGA is my MVP, but whether it's Wemby or SGA, both deserves it. Jokic is out of the picture for me because Wemby and SGA is playing at their peak in these last few games, and for me, both of them are the ones that will compete for that title.

Luka really have a run in their last 15 games, and without any doubt he should be at the top of the MVP ladder, except that the media seen something different than the fans do, and that explains why he dropped 4th in the rankings. Maybe Luka needs to consistently score 40 pts for the remainder of the season, or maybe he needs to score another 60 or more just like AR said in the post game against the Wizards. The MVP selection this year is really tight, this will give quite a good betting odds. Especially for Luka, if he finishes the season strong and consistent, and most importantly beat the OKC twice before the 2026 season ends. Internet shows he's at +1500.

Passing Kobe's record is such a feat and if he stays in Lakers he'll probably break a lot of records from the franchise. I think he got a chance to win that MVP race but if it's about stats I think Jokic has the edge over all the candidates out there, this man is definitely a machine when it comes to stats. As I've said before this MVP race is going to be epic, the top candidates are out there doing their might and as of today Jokic get 3D versus Jazz and Wemby having a night with 30 points with 14 rebounds in just 3Q as of this writing.

The Golden State Warriors said before tonight‘s game against the San Antonio Spurs that they had a plan to shut down Wemby. It doesn’t seem to be working so well as they are about to lose the game. They’re currently down by 15 with 8 minutes left…

Houston secured their 47th win of the season by defeating Milwaukee 119-113. The game was very competitive, but Houston emerged victorious. Alperen scored 25 points. There are 6 games left in the regular season. I'm curious to see where Houston will finish in the Western Conference. There's a possibility they could finish 3rd or 4th. If Houston continues their 4-game winning streak, they could finish 3rd or 4th in the league.

I think the Rockets will stay in the number 5 slot, which has the facing off against Denver in the first round. They could also drop a spot and be matched up with the Lakers. I think they’re better off where they are. They haven’t had success against the Lakers this season.
