Not a fan of Cavs but if they really want to enter the NBA finals again, someone should also step up or the whole team should contribute consistently. If it was just James, nah sorry plus he's getting frustrated sometimes. They can really feel now the lost of Irving.

Well you do have a point but losing a player in the team which have been bonded already will really makes difference not on performance but also into mental aspect because other players will build up confidence on their minds if they do have a team member which is really good but the flaw here is that they do really rely too much and doesnt tend to improve theirselves instead which will really lead up into a problem once that player left. Well said mate, in terms of being a superstar investment was been place in your shoulder, teams and investors pay you the salary for you to produce and bring more fans to support the team, that's the reason why whenever the teams loses the game, the first thing to eye with is how the superstar take the challenge I use to remember when the Bulls played without Pippen and when they also played while Jordan have a virus even he is not feeling well he still managed to show his leadership and entertained the fans.

So I guess people should not take the 'Kyrie Irving reasons' now why Cavaliers are having a bad day. When Jordan left Bulls, Bulls doesn't have any key players left and they all aging. If we compare to Irving scene, when he left Cavaliers still there is bunch of superstars (although post prime) but still can get to their own feet without Irving. Im also surprised that Mavericks able to pinned down the Wizards in an unexpected large margin. They able to outscored before the second half and just maintained the lead till the end. Things got heated too that boost Dallas Mavericks performance. JJ Barea and John Wall have exchanged words to each other on which the second one start the talks. I just did realized that John Wall is a fan of trashtalking too. I look at this guy as cool and humble. JJ Barea is one of the humble players in the league and I don't see this guy involved in a trashtalk.

They are really affected when Irving moves out, physical and psychological. That's why you will feel that they don't have the passion anymore, no defense whatsoever, They need to overcome this barrier. James have been doing it alone. Someone really needs to step up. I think other team members, hasn't been adjusted with IT. Otherwise, they really need to trade and make some changes around.
