Skills challenge was actually the only fun thing this night, it was actually fun to watch these kids play it out and try to win, they did shots from half court and even tough trae missed his half court shot (I think was against doncic?) he made it to finals but he lost to a half court shot in return lol. That showed me these kids wanted to win for sure. Also it was super fun to watch Jokic play there as well, I knew he was just smart player and his lack of athleticism would limit his chances but dude was straight up talented for a big man and showed it there as well. I was hoping Doncic to win tbf, he didn't get to all-star game (which he deserved) so I hoped he at least won the skills challenge. I never really liked three point contest anyway but dunk contest was bad as well, the only good dunk was the dunk over Shaq and all other dunks were really mediocre.

The slam dunk contest was so boring and unimaginative.  There aren't many dunks we haven't seen before and we didn't have any good participants this year.  I miss the contests with Nate Robinson, he could really put on a show for the fans.

So excited to watch the NBA allstar game. Hoping to see another competetive match between these two teams, just like the game from the last allstar game.
Lebron picks is like building a team pre-chemistry for the next season, its like half of these big names in the free agency will go to LA next year lol.

Team Lebron will still most likely gonna win this game.

It's just an exhibition game and lack of defense but Lebron is still very competitive, I have a feeling that he will win the All star MVP if their team win.

Im also rooting for team Lebron, his lineup is stacked with the best players in the league, both offensively and defensively.
Lack of defense wasnt a case during the allstar game from 90's to 2000's they were like competing for the trophy when they played back then, unlike today where the playets is just trying to show off to entertain the fans. But looking at the 2018 NBA allstar is a bit satisfying as they really are competing for the W down the stretch, they're a little physical and its good to say defense like those in an allstar game.

Watching the game right now with meek mill announcing and rapping at the beginning. So you can feel the vibe of the game.

I think Giannis is more focused and is looking to make more of an effort to show what he can do in his third time in an all star game.

Imagine how much creativity you would need to make in order to create a new dunk. It's repetitive but of all the dunk contest that have happened, there would be a lot of overlapping happening and clash of the same dunks. The hype is not the same as it used to be. People have higher and higher expectation every time. You cannot blame them, maybe a more out of the box type? We will see in the next dunk contest.

Which team are you guys excited about? I think its even-stevens as it just depends on who takes the game seriously and who's on fire initially. The first 2 quarters are just going to be casual basketball with a lot of flash. If a team gets a good enough lead there,they have a good chance to win. Currently Team Giannis is leading 36-22 with Giannis scoring 16.

It was funny when Steph went for a three in the third and Klay thompson tried to block him and fouled him to cause the 4 point play.

Team Lebron makes an extra effort together, they are all showed how stars really meant, they are down double digits in the first half and manage to come back strong and take the game from Team Giannis, we can't deny that Durant deserved this as he really excel all night long, maybe next year will be for
Giannis as he showed a monstrous playing effort.

Did you really placed a bet when team Lebron was down by double digits? Thats a high level of risks but I know It gives a better odd on your edge. I have tried that before in a regular season games, won twice but lost multiple times lol.
Anyway the game isnt bad , team Giannis pulled a lot of exhibition dunks and moves, but team Lebron pulled the W.

Congratulations to both team I say although Team Lebron is the winner but both teams did great for this game. Yes, the upcoming games are much exciting from this game although we need some icebreaker like this match in between of the games.

And now let's go back to these speculations that Lakers won't make it to the playoffs.

At least we're not disappointed as this week seems to be one of the best boring All-Star. Damian Lillard, Klay Thompson and Bradley Beal also help a lot specially in the 3rd quarter and turn Durant turn one notch higher to seal the MVP for him. Lol a Curry for making a self-alley oop reverse dunk.

Once again the All-star game didn't excite me. The most entertaining is 3-points/ dunk and skills contests. The game is just a commercial trick to make some millions. Zero defense and you can't see any actual game and adventure between the best players in the world. The fact that made me excited was that I saw Stephen Curry's dunk. The best and the only highlight of the game.
