Kobe is one of the most overrated players, he was a ballhog that shot a low fg%.  Shaq carried him to his first 3 rings and Pau Gasol was the better player in the other 2 finals.

Shaq and Pau Gasol did great during their championship time but if Kobe will not be the way he is during that time, Lakers are surely doomed. Try to check what Kobe did during 2001-2003 why Lakers got into playoffs. And in one final game, Game 6 NBA Finals, they almost got killed by Sacramento Kings even with prime Shaq and Kobe. If Kobe didn't do a ballhog like you said during the whole tenure of Kings vs Lakers, they will lose. Kobe is the main scorer. Shaq got strong defense by Chris Webber. Thanks for the refs though they won the finals

I would rather prefer on having that high percentage offense yet you would able to feel the thrill on how teams do rush in to score rather than on having an airtight defense which it actually turns out to be a boring thing for me.

That's what fans are looking for, they want a more offensive game because it will result to a high scoring game and in this league
those who are good in scoring are the only players that are recognize but they forgot that it requires a team for a win to win, defenders and good rebounders are underrated in this league to be honest.

Thats correct a casual NBA fan would love to see a high scoring game with a lot of highlight reel even without too much defense on it.. But, as a basketball fan I would love to see a good offense at the same time a good defense. Ever wonder why a lot of people said that the 2013-2014 Spurs are boring? Because they dont just put their effort on offense, they also had a good defensive mentality and hustle, Infact their offense was considered as one of  the best offense, it was designed to make the opponents defense confused, with quick ball rotation that every player must touch the ball before someone make a fg attempt. Smarter way to execute an offense than throwing a lot of 3pt fg attempt.
If you take a look at the bigger picture, theres a difference between an NBA fan, and a basketball fan.

Sacramento Kings that time has the tools to beat the Lakers, unfortunately, Shaq and Kobe was too much for them. Divac and Webber and even Pollard can't do anything against Shaq that time, Kobe was also unstoppable, Doug Christie one of the best defenders might have contributed to some of Kobe's ballhog that time though,  . Yeah, there are reports during that time that the refs favor Lakers, even Tim Donaghy had admitted that the refs and the match are being fixed so that Lakers will continue to win and their dominance in the NBA.

The way Giannis played, I remember the peak days of Amare Stoudamire wherein just getting near the rim, you can already count is a dunk even there is a defense. Back then, when NBA's call are not that insane, Amare always facing a tough defense but still can managed to slam the ball strongly.

Moving forward, Giannis is way more athletic and if these guy improved his outside shooting..... damn no questions asked. He will now turned to 100% All around player which is only few players capable of.

Bucks doesn't have superstars alongside Giannis but their current lineup is composed of "role players" which is way more tougher than superstar vs superstar. Remember how Detroit Pistons and Dallas Mavericsk destroyed a Superstar team to win a championship? Im not expecting Bucks to be like that but if they maintained or should I say, improved more their fuel power once playoffs come, they does have a chance to enter the ECF then eventually the Finals.

Still a long road to them, there's a much stronger Sixers, healthy Celtics, a different Raptors and so on that they have to faced before reaching the Eastern top.

I remember those teams. They are not stars specially with Detroit. They just became one after the championship.
Role players. It seems that Gianis is also enjoying his team and his team mates knows that he is their star and accepting that.
It also looks like they are training him for outside shots. He cannot be like a bull always which will just attack the rim. The probability of a steal will always be there.

At this moment, question is no longer which team is going to draft Zion, but with which shoe company he signs (after of course what happened last night). The only other time I remember player busting his shoe like that was Manu a few years back.

By the way, the cheapest tickets for last night's game between North Carolina and Duke were $2500 (as for the oldest and most heated rivalry in basketball history, I think it's okay), just a couple of weeks ago, Cavs tickets went for as low as $2. haha

Zion seems to be injured. His shoe exploded while he was running which made him try to stop at a weird angle and seem to have a knee injury now. I am not going to go into debate of how these NCAA players are risking everything and getting paid none must be a crime by now but I will talk about the future of Zion that probably didn't change at all.

I mean this is one of those injuries that even though its bad that it happened after all its an injury but scouts like it, because it happened with a misfortune thing like shoe exploding and it just means that Zion didn't get injured for something small like derrick rose or Greg Oden who gets injured all the time.

Zions injury wasn't like that and he will probably get back to playing soon or at least keep himself out until NBA. Dude has one of the most NBA ready bodies I have ever seen on anyone and with NBA help from coaches and trainers dude can become a modern day Barkley.

It's almost an upset, the game ended up with 98-97 score a win by the Bucks.
Irving was defended well in the last play, they should have shot it from the 3 point line.... That game was entertaining.

Lol, whoever believes Lebron can't turn on the switch is so wrong its deadly funny. Look this dude managed to turn worst Cavs team ever into a finals team, look at Cavs right now, those guys are dead last in the league and playing so horribly that we don't even know whats going on out there, they could literally be just staying away from playing any game whole year and we wouldn't even notice it.

Lakers without Lebron is much much better than Cavs without Lebron, and Lebron will be playing this stretch with one goal in his mind, staying in the playoff range. When a guy like Lebron decides he wants to do something its very very difficult to keep him from doing it, specially if its as easy as reaching the playoffs, hell dude managed to beat a 73 win team "almost" by himself (of course Kyrie helped a bit) and getting Lakers to playoffs is silly comparatively.
