Lol. Whatever issues they may be having, they'e still the top team in the west and would likely go on to the 2nd round pretty easily. 2nd round though may very well determine who the western champs will be since they'll likely go up against the rockets.

The current playoff bracket now does not allow the a repeat of the last year's western finals.
Most likely we will see the GSW vs the Rockets in the 2nd round, and probably OKC vs GSW in the western finals, or maybe spurs.
Sorry, I just don't see the DEN having a chance to advance in the western finals.

Experience will prevail in the playoffs, it's been a while since the Nuggets played in the playoffs, so I guess they'll need to learn from this experience again. It was expected though, Curry could also ended up to break Ray Allen's all time record in the next couple of years assuming that he didn't get injured or something. San Antonio's win also put coach Popovich to get past Lenny Wilkens for most total wins in regular season + playoffs, so another milestone for coach Popovich.

Magic also beat Toronto 104-101 and and Nets stunned Philly 111-102 to also steal game 1. As everyone has pointed out, this playoff is really a tough call as evident of road team stealing game 1.

Okay, this is by far the weirdest timeline ever. First to start Brooklyn nets managed to beat Sixers (which if you don't know nets was the underdog of the game) than followed that Orlando magic just beat Toronto Raptors which seriously made us all doubt what Kawhi will do next year with his free agency. Now Spurs just beat the second seed as well. I don't know what the hell happened last night but all teams that were favorites to win the game actually lost the games. I would have expected at least one of them to win, not all three of them to lose.

It must have been a great day for all sportsbooks because honestly if it was just one unexpected result that always happens but all three of them were unexpected and combined money that went into all that three games must be a lot of profits for them.

With due respect to the LA Clippers, i think they are at the wrong end of the rope in this first round of the playoffs. The Warriors are so motivated right now to prove that they can do other few teams achieve, the 3 peat. I bet that the Clippers will be sweep on this round though it is not over yet but basing on the first game, Clippers is not yet on the same level with the Warriors yet. KD and Steph exploded, might be Klay on the second game. That's tough for the Clippers.

Of course the OKC will not just allow to go away even though they don't have the home court advantage, but in this series, it's PG
that is most important as he has been the one who is making lots of points for his team to win.

GSW is not just good but they have the chemistry to blend in each play the do. What's killing the clippers are the three's made by the warriors in which they can answer or defend. Anyways, let's see on game two on how the clippers will adjust on the warriors plays.
