Going back to this Ime Udoka drama… I’m not sure how serious people are, but I’m hearing rumors that his affair went further than just with the female staff member that’s been in social media… There are now rumors that he was also having inappropriate relationships with players… Maybe people are being crazy for clicks, but I suspect that Matt Barnes was right when he said that this story is 1000x crazier than anyone realizes right now.

I am pondering on the suspension if it was right. But Boston Celtic's management won't suspend Udoka if his issues are not that serious. They are hoping the issue to die down after the suspension and maybe they can let him return in the middle of the season. But things are getting worse. I read a news yesterday about the possibility of completely removing Udoka as a head coach. This is a disaster to the team because basketball fans assumed them to be the team to beat in this new season.

First off, the franchise already issued a whole season suspension for their head coach, Ime Udoka, so that means he cannot get back in the middle of the season or especially the team needs him, if when the issue has cooled down. Also, his issues now are getting ugly because of the rumors now, so the franchise will continue in condemning his actions so that the image of the Boston Celtics won't be scathed.

I'm just feeling bad for the team after all the effort they had just to get to the Finals and people are expecting that they'll be much vicious this season, but I guess that's not the case this time because their lighthouse, Udoka, won't be there for them to guide the team. Anyway, if he can manage to fix his issues in a year time, he can still get another call to coach another team in the league if the Celtic's franchise will remove him.

That's the problem with the Lakers, even if they are all healthy most are going to need some down time so they aren't burnt out by the seasons end.  Happens with all teams where their stars are aged.  If I'm a coach gimme a Memphis or Timberwolves team all day.  Just let em run.

I am also excited for Kawhi, he did not play the whole season last season. And with the Clippers now have John Wall, I am excited to see the new dynamics in that team.

John Wall also didn't play the whole 2021-22 for the Houston Rockets. His excitement to return must now be at its peak and expect him to slowly return to his usual form, not the same during his prime but a good role player where is known to.

However, we all know that John Wall is now an injury-prone player that started in 2017. He only played 113 games within the last 5 seasons. I hope this season, he can play all of their entire games and if fortunate, can play again in the playoffs.

Yeah I agree if those guys can all stay healthy then that team is going to be extremely good and one to watch out for when it comes to the postseason. Kawhi Leonard is still one of the best players on the planet and when he’s fully healthy and playing to his potential I don’t think there’s anything wrong with saying he’s potentially a top 3-5 player.

Glass brothers sounds funny TBH but it's the truth. All 3 of them are injury prone. Well, let's just hope for the best to this team and if they will be healthy all throughout the eliminations and with the amount of good role players that they have right now, I'm guessing that the lowest that they can get is Western Conference Semi-Finals.

It will be different story to tell if Morant didn't get injured last season but its like Memphis is having a bad luck on that season so maybe they should try their best to come up on their mistake so that they can get a second shot around since if Morant fail to deliver what he say for last couple of months against GSW maybe some of his fans will just treat him as total non sense and just a noisy one.

Not just injuries. IIRC, foul troubles were also their problem. Young and energetic so they always try to get a steal or be in a wrong place at the wrong time that's why they are making a lot of mistakes when it comes to fouls.
Maybe they should learn "officials positioning" to get away from small fouls. Jordan and Kobe learned those simple things and that's one reason why they became the greatest of their eras.

I'm also hearing that Jae Crowder is not going to the Phoenix Suns training camp. Is Jae expecting a contract extension? Memphis Grizzlies do need some veterans to help their young core but Jae's gonna get benched a lot there. Maybe the Miami Heat can take him as a replacement for P.J. Tucker? Jae's also had good chemistry with Jimmy Butler, Adebayo, and co so he is a very good fit. Although if Jae's looking for a contract extension then it will be a different story. Another thing to look at is the Phoenix Suns' demand in return.

Load management should be implemented as by experienced already manifested during Kawhi and PG got injured.

With Wall arrival he can add solid offensive help but only if he will play healthy, the problem can be solved by rotating them properly

I mean making sure that they will be having enough rest and load management can be apply that's much better to let them stay

These three teams supported their squads well.
But the strongest among them are the Clippers as we know.
I don't think Minnesota and Cavaliers will have much of a chance in the NBA finals. Because they don't have a real all-star player on their team. Like Kawhi Leonard.

With a healthy Kawhi, I also believe that Clippers will have a good chance of making their way to the next round,
just need another good run and bring the team back to winning passion.

They almost made it last season even both Kawhi and PG are resting, the role players are good and with the stars
playing around the winning chance is much expected.

Plus, adding John Wall, another offensive player, it is really exciting how the team will perform in this upcoming season.

Not only the next round but a shot of winning the NBA championship. I think with Kawhi, the Clippers ca defeat the Warriors as he has done that before, with the Raptors hea beat the Warriors and has become a champion, when he was still with the Spurs, they almost did it if he was not injured and was out in the series, Zaza Pachulia did a dirty job on him.

The Clippers chances to play at the Finals this season have gradually increased because their two superstars are now back, I believe they won't have that much struggle as long as they can maintain being healthy because the role players will support their superstars and truth is they can still bring the team to a win even if their superstars are resting or not around.

They are scarier this season because they are fully healthy, the good thing with the Clippers is their 2nd unit can match the 1st unit of the other team, and the starters will surely not be forced to play heavy minutes because they have a good 2nd unit. Everyone knows what Kawhi is capable of. He previously led the Raptors to the championship. I think he can make it to the finals this season with the support of PG and John Wall.

We know what he can do when he is healthy, but he is rarely ever healthy and that's the problem. I am sure that they would want to win a title if he can play the games, and yes Toronto won a ring thanks to him as well there is no doubt about that, but we have to remember that dude missed more than half of the available games since that day, which is a big trouble.

Wall hasn't played much neither, he has missed many seasons now, he is not seen as a good player anymore and PG is not exactly playing 100% neither. By this logic, what they need is all these players playing 100% of their games on all important games, if that happens then yeah they can win but all the data we have shows otherwise.

I totally agree with you on this. They are constantly dealing with injuries. Let's hope they play in all the games this year and become a champion.

Yup and they managed to get their team to participate in the play-in tournament and almost got to play in the playoffs when PG got back but unfortunately, he was again sidelined because of the Covid-19 issues, IIRC. Anyway, now that they are all back with their new additional asset, hopefully everything will be fine this time so that we can see some interesting games in the West because the Clippers already got what it takes to defeat any team, their only challenge is to avoid getting serious injury throughout the whole season.

There's plenty of time to make the adjustment, the current coach is the assistant, so I'm pretty sure he is very much aware of the system and he just need to implement it, we were impressed by Udoka's performance last season, but he made a big mistake, so he has to face the consequences.

It's easier said than done because these players already established some high chemistry with their coach and they trusted him a lot in terms of coaching them and now that he is not there anymore, it will be a huge change in how they play because it is not the same anymore, this new coach has a different way of coaching and a few games this upcoming season will tell us if he really fits with the current Boston Celtics rosters. It's not that easy to just simply change coach, just look at the other team, they want their coach to be removed or to be changed this upcoming season.

Indeed and that's what makes the team more dangerous this season because both Paul George and Kawhi are back in the court along with the roster who can play decently even without their superstars. Now that they are complete, they'll be a threat to any team in the West as long as both superstars can survive the whole season. This season is going to be interesting because the other teams in the league have improved as well.
