Now that the Knicks will clinch into the second round, they'll be waiting for the winner of the Celtics-Sixers series which is currently on Game 6 and is happening. I really do hope that the Celtics win, but I have this feeling that this will go to a Game 7.

It would give the Knicks an edge if the Boston and Philly series gets extended. With how it’s looking right now, Philly is in control, and it wouldn’t be surprising if they win this by double digits since they already did that in 2 games.

With Joel Embiid back and also playing very well, there’s a real possibility this series could reach Game 7. Right now it’s Tyrese Maxey leading the way, already balling with 21 points at halftime.

As for the Knicks vs Atlanta, NY with a huge lead and I don't think that the Hawks can make that comeback. Almost 50 point lead by the Knicks at halftime.

It's been a completely one sided match after Atlanta Hawks had that 9-0 run to take 9-5 lead, since then the New York Knicks took complete charge of the game and were firing on all cylinder with OG Anunoby continuing his superb series for the Knicks, I could have been more glad that I took the Knicks -2.5 @ 1.91, that's clearly the easiest bet I've won so far in this playoffs.

They also set a playoffs record for largest halftime lead of all time with 47 points.

If you're a Hawks fan, it's just painful to watch this kind of game in your own home. It would be a bit understandable if it's on the road, but if it's on your own home, at some point you will feel disappointment towards your team. Right now, the Knicks are leading by 53 points. What a disappointing way to end the season of the Atlanta Hawks if you will ask me. Also add the fact that they already lost their best defender Dyson Daniels because he got ejected.

The Hawks were massacre in this game, seems they don't know what they are doing, Bridges came up to this game, so what you think is his problem why he is not performing well in the last few games? the Sixers is currently leading the game, but its early, they should finish the sixers this game, they don't want to reach game 7, they will be in trouble for sure if it reach it.
Tatum and brown should take over now, they should make a push early they don't want to make this a close game, the sixers are also good in late games, with PG in the floor, would the New York perfect match for the Celtics or Sixers?

Phila manage to beat Celtics with a huge margin. Embiid and Maxey combo is too much to handle for Boston that struggles with their perimeter shot.

I’m surprised how 76ers manage to have a solid play like this while Embiid is just came back from the injury. A game 7 on Boston is a do or die for them which I believe Celtics will level up their game.

Currently, Nuggets looks like gonna lose the series. Jokic is already too tired committing a lot of turnovers and missed shot that’s crucial for their comeback.

As mentioned above, the 76ers beat the Celtics, and now the series is tied at 3-3. Given how well Maxey, Paul, and Embiid have been playing in recent games, I think they’re more than capable of beating the Celtics one more time in Game 7 and advancing to the second round of the playoffs.

I was one of those who thought the Denver Nuggets and Timberwolves series was going to game 7, but Jaden McDaniels stepped up big time for the Wolves tonight and it's the Wolves' without Donte DiVincenzo, Anthony Edwards and Ayo Dosunmu that are heading to the western semifinals to face San Antonio Spurs, Julius Randle is still pretty much a let down in this series for me, as a guy who is supposed to be the team's main guy without Ant, he's literally not doing close to enough and it might be a really tough series against the Spurs a better defensive team than Denver Nuggets.

Yeah. But I do feel like Jokic was selling the game. I don't know, maybe it's just me. That last pass that he made was very questionable. Maybe he is just exhausted.

Anyway, the 2 series were closed today. The Knicks will advance, and the Timberwolves will be facing the Spurs. Oh, this is going to be good. Wemby versus Gobert. Veteran versus the young star. Who is better? Well, of course it's Wemby for me.
But it's not just Wemby that they have to look after. McDaniels will probably be given the job to defend against Fox, and then there's Castle and Vassell, too. They will need all the defenders they can have to put pressure on those young Spurs.
It's going to be a fun West Semis.

The Denver Nuggets losing was the biggest but not only surprise of the night. I thought they’d be able to pull off a comeback with no Anthony Edwards. I think the Nuggets are learning that their two wings were what made them special and they let MPJ go over money concerns… This is what they’re left with of their dynasty. Self inflicted wound.

The final game will be played in Boston. Boston hasn't won at home since winning the first game. I think they'll win the final game and make it 4-3.

Minnesota beat Denver 4-2 and advanced to the second round.

The most exciting game was between New York and Atlanta. New York defeated Atlanta 89-140 on the road and won the series 4-2.

What did we see last night man? Knicks had an insane 1st half performance against Hawks and they won the game by 51 points as well! It was a great way to seal the series...


And for once I really thought the series was coming to Nuggets. But Timberwolves said no to that at home. I can't even say they struggled much in Game 6. They didn't even have a proper number of players on the bench.

Yup, Jokic still have that chance though votes are coming from the committee and similar to what you said SGA is the that they may award this, but still needs to wait for the final announcement, who knows might possible that a new name will be crown as season MVP. In terms of Wolves beating the Nuggets, they did everything at home to make sure that they'll not going to let their fans down, though most of their stars are injured those role players step up and give the lift that they need to complete the series andadvance to the next round.

I can’t believe when I saw the score on the 2nd half with 50+ points gap. I thought I’m browsing to the NBA2K category on sportsbook since I’m planning to bet.

I don’t enjoy watching this type of game because player usually have low morale on continuing the game which result to lots of error on the run and lousy game.

Nuggets and Wolves is much entertaining to watch because Nuggets trying to hang on their chance to advance.

It's going to be a battle of adjustments, Lakers is dominating the series but it looks like the Rockets has finally made the best adjustment so far in both ends, specially in defense as they force turnovers. And even if Reaves did play and contribute, it was not enough as the offense also of the Rockets was big.

So the ball is on the court of JJ and how he see the last game and what of changes he will do in the next game so that they can close it out. So it's going to be very close game but I'm going to be on the side of the Lakers to win in the road.

i dont think so. Rockets is truly far from having the necessary on court experience and coaching expertise. this game was actually as good as gone. they were paralyzed in the last quarter, showing zero offensive presence.
if Reed Sheppard (the guy everyone’s been cursing out all season) hadn't breathed life back into the team with a mid range jumper followed by a steal off LeBron for an open layup, that game would never have gone Houston's way.

Now they're moving the ball more and trying to find the right option on offense. Their biggest problem is starting the offense too late. We saw that last night as well. They don't use the 24 seconds well, they get into action when 7-8 seconds left. Another problem is poor boxouts on defense. They gave Ayton too many offensive rebounds and second chances.

Reaves came back strong, that's a plus for the Lakers. Luka doesn't look like he returns soon.
If the Lakers let this series go to Game 7, it wouldn't be great for LeBron's legacy. No team has ever come back from 3-0. If that happened against Bron's Lakers, it would be talked about for years. You see in GOAT debates, people focus on his 6 Finals losses rather than his 10 appearances (almost half of his career). Haters will surely use that 3-0 blow for years too. Even though the Lakers weren't favorites at the start, they don't have the luxury to blow that lead now.

I'm also thinking the same, and TBH, I said in the past that they have a chance to reverse sweep this series because the Wolves are obviously undermanned because they don't have ANT, DiVincenzo and even Dosunmu, but that didn't happen, and instead they got eliminated.

Sorry for the word, but I'm pretty much disappointed with the Nuggets right now especially in this Game 6. 1 FG in the last 8 minutes, and Murray didn't even show up on the time that the team needed him the most. He's the 2nd version of Harden where if you need the man to step up on offense, they become cold and become a liability on both on defense and on offense. I don't want to blame it all to Murray, but if there's a player that I want to point out to why they lost, it's him. Let's add Gordon as well because throughout the regular season, he's always on the injury list, and also in this first round series, he's also injured. He could've been a good inside defender, but that didn't happen.

So it will be the Spurs and the Wolves in the second round. Up until now, I still wonder how they can stop Wembanyama because even Gobert will have a hard time defending that 7-footer Alien. Yes, the Wolves won 2 out of their 3 games during the regular season, but in this series, they are heavily undermanned compared to the Spurs where they are healthy. I don't want to expect something because I might see something unexpected, but I will not be surprised if the Spurs will sweep them or will end the series in 5 games.

adding KD to the roster wasn't a mistake but it was a gamble and it didn't pay off.
he can score like crazy but he comes with off court baggage. he really disrupts the team's balance. i hope they can find a team to trade him to this summer.
