I think Giannis would not want to join a team that beat him, or a strong team like Boston because there is another star player there, they have Tatum.

I believe he would want to join the Miami Heat because this team is consistent but just lacks firepower to be consistent in the playoffs, so with him, he will feel his value to the team. At least the pressure is not that high compared to joining Boston where they are already a strong team, what if the expectation does not happen and he messes around, so it should be Miami.

But most provably that he's going on Miami, since this is the team has been speculated by experts and as what Giannis says he want to stay on east then this team is perfect for him.

I think there's less chance that he would go on Boston, but who knows maybe there's surprised deal will happen and we can see Bucks will do a big move on free agency.

Many fans following the latest development of this case, let see if by this time Giannis would officially depart from Bucks and if we could see him wearing Miami, Boston or even other teams uniform in next season.

This coaching move will not be a huge dela. Sure Splitter would be fine, he came out of Coach Pops educational system lol, and anyone who has studied under Pop would be a decent coach, not incredible not like they would win the title, Bulls do not have that squad, but he would be fine.

But the reality is that Bulls are bulls and we are not going to see them change much, they are going to be the same thing once more because they just simply do not have the ability to beat better teams, no matter who the coach is.

i agree that Udoka is not a good coach because it was obvious at the beginning of the season that he would be playing without a guard and he couldn't find a solution for this throughout the season. even bringing in a guard from the g league would have been better.

I don't know how long is his contract with the Rockets, but last season and this year, is full of bad plays specially in the playoff. And then the issue with KD with the burner account and all of that stuff might contribute on why the team suddenly went from a contender to just ordinary team.

So might be better to find a new coach for them. Or maybe the Rockets management might give him at least half a season next year to make a good impression on the team. Everything hangs at the start of the new season for him and I wouldn't be surprised if he is going to be fired if Rockets had a poor start.

it’s crazy that a coach who just yells and cusses at his players is still in the NBA. How someone so unsuccessful and outdated keeps making this much money and holding onto his job is beyond me.

Congrats to Trae Young. He just secured himself a 4-year $212 million dollar contract with the Washington Wizards. I guess that will help cushion the blow of being traded. The Hawks moved on and started making deals quickly. I’m glad that Trae Young had a happy ending as well.

A Brooklyn Nets version 2.0 back in the days where they traded their players just to get a washed up Garnett, Pierce, Terry, and while I'm not saying that this team that you created will not clinch the playoffs, but we are talking about the West where the Spurs and Thunder are competing for the title. If the Warriors want to compete with them, this isn't the correct path that they're going.

Also, how can they trade Butler then? They'll be paying him $60M this upcoming season, and for the Warriors to have this "impossible line-up", they need to trade Butler to the Clippers for Kawhi plus picks. That could be plausible, but are the Clippers interested in Butler knowing that he doesn't fit on their current timeline. To cut the story short, this is short of impossible to happen even though many are saying that this could happen. Many don't think of the possible trade scenarios that could happen just to have these players.

Curry and Dray will be staying on Golden State, Klay could possibly stay on Dallas as well, Lebron might return to the Lakers with a much lower annual salary, and Kawhi will be traded for draft picks as the Clippers will go a semi-rebuild mode. That's my prediction with those 5 players.

I am not sure how the moves could be made, and honestly I am not sure if it even CAN be made. However, that seems like the rumours, and I do not agree that it would be Nets 2.0, this one actually does look good. But in the sense that it would not be a championship team, it would be just fun to watch team, nobody would assume they would win anything, they would just be good. I mean in theory, all they have to trade for is Klay, Kawhi and Lebron right? And only ones they are not allowed to give is Curry and Green.

Lebron's contract is over, so they can get him, right? So to trade, they need to get Kawhi first. So for Klay they could do like Moody and Al Horford anyways, and that works. And for Kawhi, Just give Butler and you are done. So in theory, it can be done, just not sure how they would get Lebron at max with this deal of course.

Yeah, nice contract for Trae for having that money although after taxes it will be a lot of reduction.

But still, that means that his worth is way higher now compared to the past and he's that option once the contract expires.

IMO, they don't need any more star. What they need is supporting roles and a good center. That's to help Luka and play the way he can. They look good in paper and the roster if that's what they're going to do but the question is if it's going to chase the title. While other teams are testing and doing everything they can to fit the roster to land a title through what they have and a bit of addition. But I think that this is just pure business for them and they know that they can do more about that when they have the budget to do it.

That is exactly what I also think about Lakers. They already have one of the biggest stars of NBA who is Luka Doncic. He has a really good relationship with Austin Reaves as well.

They should prioritize especially signing a center. They can't rely on Ayton there if they want to play for the championship. A good center and a solid replacement for LeBron's role would be really good for them.

We will see if that's what they are eyeing for. I thought by having Ayton they'll like unstoppable but I was wrong. He's still soft compared to the other centers who are reliable. We want centers like Bam to make the team stronger but of course it's not Bam that they'll be getting for that spot but I hope that they'll get one.

Agree to that, they need supporting role players who can help Luka inside, like you said they are competitors in papers but when they already playing it shows up that they need something to complete their squad, for now, let see if how Lakers management will handle this, if they are going to go with letting LeBron or business as usual and keep him while trying to make that space to bring role players that can adds up to their campaign.

I hope that it's not business as usual and they'll make the roster stronger, will have to cut some salaries of their stars just to help build their winning roster.

It's very long time ago when Giannis wants out of the Bucks. And now that it's possible to happen, he wants out.

While the Bucks can get something out of him, getting Jaylen Brown I think is a good one as well and they can build around him.

I've seen in a post of Giannis' facebook page, he all wants to let it all happen in the hands of God. So which means that it had already sealed the deal and trade.

Tatum becoming prone to injuries, unlike brown who can still play at the same level,  lets just hope that if this happens they could be a contender in the east, one of the teams that will be the knicks, but if this 2 gey healthy the knicks should make sure things are okay in the team, also lets not forget that teams nowadays have a gem needed just to be polish, but sometimes they trade it away.

There are some who're saying that if both of them are healthy, they can compete with other Eastern teams especially with the Knicks. I mean with their deep roster, they could. This trade could also change Mazulla's playstyle where they focus more on threes which killed them in the first round against the Sixers last playoffs. Boston getting Giannis will make them the favorites in the East to win it all. Respect for the Knicks still, but I mean having a big like Giannis on the paint is a big thing. The only problem with him right now is he became injury prone especially during last season.

Aside from Boston, Miami is also the one that's been on the front seat right now when it comes to getting Giannis and TBH, they have a better package if talking about rebuilding the team. Miami could offer Herro, Ware, Jacquez Jr., the 13th pick in this year's draft and more draft picks. If the Bucks are focusing on rebuilding or developing young players, this should be a better option than that of Boston where they can only offer Brown, Gonzales, and up to 3 draft picks.

There's less than 24 hours left until we can see which team will get Giannis. Whatever the case is, I believe that both teams (Milwaukee and whoever team will get Giannis) will win on this trade deal.

The Minnesota Timberwolves basically just did a major salary dump with Julius Randle to send him to the Brooklyn Nets, I was expecting them to trade Randle I’m not going to lie after such a terrible season and he doesn’t even feel bothered during those, but just dumping a guy they traded Karl-Anthony Towns feels like a major low for the franchise, I think they could have gotten something really decent for him, even if it was going to be decent number of draft picks.

Miami sacrifice their best guard and potential good player from high pick just to acquire Giannis that already not that dominating in the league.

Giannis and Bam might be a good twin tower duo but I wonder if this will work on the current meta of NBA which is on 3point shot accuracy contest.
