I love the loyalty of him towards the Warriors, but there are some players who value title more than being loyal, and Giannis is one of them and he already said it in one of the interviews. I would love Curry staying with Golden State, but I will not be surprised if he will not retire as a Warrior and will sign to another team in hopes to get another title again.

For Curry, he already has 4 championships tied with LeBron, so he's already at that superstar level in terms of achievements. He will be a Hall of Famer and he's not getting any younger at 38, so for me it's better if he retires with the team where he had so much success.

In the case of Giannis, he has only won one championship so it's understandable if he still wants to add another ring. And Giannis is younger too, still 31, so he still has more years left in the NBA.

I don't know why this is happening with his contracts, although after proving that he is a good player after winning the 2023 FIBA World Cup and becoming the MVP of the said league. He didn't even stop there. He and his German team also won the FIBA EuroBasket, and him becoming the MVP again. It's not like he is not effective but I guess after that bad decision with the Lakers, everything went sideways for him in the NBA. The scouts may not be looking at him as a great player, or is it his agent who is the problem?

Once he retire and leaves the league the level of relevance and popularity to the outsiders would drop drastically, so this could be a case of making hay while the sunshine, grabbing whatever level of attention he could get to what he'll be doing with life after the NBA.

He's the most traded guy that I know of from the top of my head, without having to search for NBA records... From the last 5 seasons alone, I'm certain I've seen him on more teams than any other player in the league, and it would have been understandable if he was that bad, and keeps getting waived, but on the contrary every team trading for him always make it seem like he's some kind of missing piece to lead their second unit, only for them to do away with him in the next available chance they get. Cavaliers are said to be going after Peyton Watson, after not having the financial flexibility to make a deal for Jonathan Kuminga work.

You call that just...? They're real businessmen, we're not on their level so we don't really know what they're thinking. But if you look at it simply, if they already made billions from the sale then that's already a successful deal.

There are a lot of sports personalities that have a channel or at least being interviewed by other social influencers. So it make sense that at least he should have his own at this point and usually this basketball players love to play good. We have seen Curry hitting a Hole-in-one an a golf event. And who will forgot Michael Jordan's legendary golf and betting on games.

He really is a business minded person and capitalizing on everything this generation is different, with all the fans and haters his channel will be a big thing, haters will surely subscribe aside from the fans, because they want to see the person fails, and will laugh at him, what the haters did not know is James expecting it.

And probably that's what separates the other great players like Michael, who are not going into social media just to get the attention of fans. Maybe if it is about basketball perhaps there are fans here that might want to watch.

But it's obvious that he just wants the attention. He doesn't need the money from views here. On the contrary, he might have to get a new set of haters and trollers on his channel as for sure they are going to roast him again and again with each video that he will be posting.

We are going to see more videos and no matter what happen there are people who is going to idolized him lets stop the hate and lets see the greatness of a person, whether we are jordan or lbj fans there is something to celebrate seeing a player succeed.

He is already very popular so he doesn't really need to market himself anyway. His channel in the link above doesn't even have that many followers and only has a few videos.

Seems like real celebrities don't update their channels that much because other people already make money from posting their game clips and other interesting videos. For me it's not a big deal, people would still watch LeBron anyway. He's one of the most popular players in the NBA, who wouldn't watch him?

I'm not yet a part of his views.
But I've seen that he's made a youtube channel and I guess that he's preparing himself just in case that he's decided to retire.
I know that he's just signed with the 76ers but it is possible to retire even under the contract.
I remember that there were several players did that.
Although he's far from retirement and I think he'll finish the 2 years.
Fans or not, everyone wants to watch their videos and everything about these players and no doubt for Lebron.

Well, I agree with what you said on this one. Giannis is still on his prime years, so he's more hungry to win a title than Steph. The question right now is, "Will Giannis win that next title in Miami?" because looking at their roster, it seems like they aren't. I mean no offense to Miami, but there are way better Eastern teams out there. I'll give respect to the Knicks since they're the champions, then there's Philly who just got better, then there's Indiana that's coming back with Hali and Zubac, then we can't still count out the Pistons as well, and there's Toronto assuming that they got Kawhi.

If Giannis wants to win a title, Miami isn't the best option for him. What's good is that he could become a free agent after the 2026-2027 regular season since he has a Player Option. If he wants to win a title, I hope that he's ready to get some paycuts as well.

I've seen retired players becoming analysts or head coaches or anything related to NBA, but we might see Lebron becoming a "life vlogger" after his NBA career with this YouTube channel that he created. You might not have any interest, but he has 2 specific markets for this one. His fans who will support him till the end and golf fans out there.
