The word project is not always related to ICO or IEO, their games are their project which is successful already. I think it is what he want to say about "project".

I think the project is not the games (nor its ICO of course) but the casino itself, isn't it? I mean bitvest itself could be considered a "project" of course that was more proper when it first came out and right now it is more of a company than a project since they have been around for a long time (considering for a crypto casino its even ancient since most of them go out of business very quickly and only a few exists as old as bitvest).

However, the idea is that bitvest is one of the leading places in crypto casino world where investing is a lot more focused subject than the others so it is not just a regular old casino, that is why it could be considered a "project" as in "the idea of a casino that focuses on the investment part" and thats why it could still be called project. Probably Bitvest needs to create more chat rooms based on local language, as I remember there was no chat rooms for local users when I played here few months back. By having more chat rooms so the traffic for the main chat room can be reduced because local users will stay more on the local chat rooms based on their own language. Sorry if it does exist already as I did not check it recently.

It means they have to also consider to add new moderators for local chatrooms. Without moderators, chat rooms will look crazy, and generally it is not good for the site. I have never about such plans, but I think you made a great point here with your suggestion. Besides that, I think the most priority of the Bitvest team is its coming KENO game, that announced to be released this month, and we have only a single week left. Not sure that it will be launched as planned or will be delayed.
