The plinko can be much more better if Bitvest dev can update the animation to be looked as a more real bouncing ball. If they can do it then without a doubt, it can be the best plinko in all aspects. Anyway, its been several months since my last login but now I cant access my account because of invalid username/password. I'm quite sure with the password and username that I use but I dont know why I cant login. Too bad there is no "forgot password" feature, so the only way to recover my account is by creating a new account to submit a ticket?

I always set my speed to the max so I skip the animation completely
think its a matter of preferences , really , maybe try setting the speed to a lower number so you could enjoy the bouncing
as for the password recovery , it can be done through support only at the moment , probably as an additional security measure
if you are an investor and do not login every day , for example and someone was able to get access to your email - you would lose your coins even if your account wasn't compromised
if you forgot your password , you can write to support@bitvest.io  without creating a new account , by the way

Reaching thru their email or just simply contact lightlord and for sure he would get some response directly about  his issue.On the game i do prefer on having a fast phase bets rather than on focusing into animation.It doesn't really matter for me.

I leave for a bit of the day and I forget to do my chain events and it resets. Is there anyway we can put our accounts on hold for when we know we cannot log in? I mean for the quest option that is all. I keep missing 1 day because of my off day where I travel back home and no internet

it is the whole point of quests and the chain bonus , I'm afraid
they are designed so you login to the site more often , preferably every day and give you an incentive in  form of a chain bonus
you only lose the bonus increase if you fail to complete the quests , not the end of the world 
but a vacation option , when you go inactive for one month or more and it freezes your quests etc. for a certain period of time once or twice a year  could be a good idea

This issue is likely caused by script blocking plugins, or an ad blocker having a false positive, or something similar to that. If possible try logging in with plugins disabled, or another browser.

I do not think they need to add more animation on what they ate having right now? With more animation will make their plinko looks bad because it is too much in my point of view. The current is the best, more over their speed can be adjusted too depends on your like. Anyway, I have never found any problem through their security. Do you put any 2FA? Because it is really tight security ever, even they know your password. And I believe they just dont delete any inactive account recently, you should try to contact them to get your things updated

I don't ask them to add more animation, just suggesting them to make it looks like a real plinko ball. I don't think it will make it looks bad and I have no problem with the speed as I know I can set it as I wish. Of course it is just a suggestion, they can take it or leave it. Coming up to my login issue, I have recovered my account already. It seems there was something wrong with my password manager, I tried manually to retype my password and I can login again.

Thanks for the suggestion, turns out it was uBlock Origin causing the issue.  Once I disabled it on Bitvest, everything was fine.  Thanks!

I understand,,, and I am not really complaining,,, it is free and I am happy whenever I can get a high chain bonus. It is just a problem for 1 day a week so it is a bit frustrating to see things go up so much and then go back to 0 because you could not log in;)
