Will admin now show us a percentage of where our profit/loss comes from, as in regular play, and which goes to contests? I see some good moves in this direction for sure looking forward.

I feel that there will be other contests as well in the future for your players with low bankroll.
It is a common thing now that gambling sites offers promotions that suitable for both big and small players.
Hopefully it will come true as soon as possible so bitvest will be more competitive in this gambling industry as most other sites are competing to each others to make players stays as long as possible by offering regular promotions.

Just saw the new changes myself, I guess the site has to compete with others that are doing wager contests all the time. The unique thing for me right now is you can actually also gamble with tokens to win on the leaderboard. 3x limit at 100% max gain for 24 hours isn't so bad for the high levels!

am seeing Bitvest's ad lately in the forum aside from their sig campaign. so if they are attracting players here, they better maintain their hot wallet as it will be a disappointment for new players if they can't get their withdrawals as expected. though we know that bitvest will always pay but some players have their own necessities for their funds. and time is big factor on some of these occasions.

There is a fine line between having a small hot wallet that is not enough for your customers but there is also too risky as well where you put all the money there and have no cold storage where one hack would destroy the website as a together.

We all agree that they should not put all the money in there and should have a cold storage so we are certain that not all the money is gone right? Like with one hack the website and all of your money is gone? Obviously not. We also agree that there should always be money in the hot wallet as well right? So, that people can withdraw all the time?

However people are not realizing that it is not that easy of a task, usually that is a person doing all that not a machine not a software, it is actually a person who does that, so people could be busy, they could be sick, they could get a phone call that takes them to another city, all happened to me in a related job. So, we may just remain calm.

For sure I agree with this, but I've been following the situation and I can understand where these users are coming from. We have to note that this was not always the case and started to happen more frequently and without information AFTER the big wins took place. Admin also apologized for that and promised to check more often . That said, leea did say to just wait, so I guess everyone agrees that just being patient is the way to do it;)

Also, I agree everybody has a life. But when there is consistent delays, then it's about the administration of that job:) Anyway, they will take care of this no problem, I play with them like I said and I think this is just a bit of reconfiguration work that needs happening is all!

Afaik bitvest has low number of staffs, probably lightlord is the only one who handle this job so once lightlord is having other things to do IRL then it will take longer time to refill the hotwallet.
I'm not really sure if they have a system to notify owner whenever the hotwallet is getting close to empty.

That's fine. I would just keep bigger hot wallets to prevent this from happening too much. There's risk in a hot wallet being stolen but also in people losing interest in gambling or investing if they are annoyed about not being to withdraw as fast as they expect.
