I have been trialing http://www.bitronictech.net for a VPS service and have so far found their support to be very good and the VPS itself to be working well (although server response it is a little bit slow using the cheapest plan they offer).

I also just got a shared hosting with http://www.bitronictech.net for a very small project. The support is great, very easy to manage everything from there site, and cpanel. I have also notice the response is a kinda slow.

Hey guys, you might want to look into optimising your apache configuration on the VPS. I looked into the shared hosting load time, this issue will be resolved withing the hour. Gweedo, if you experience slow load times in the future please alert me via support ticket so I can handle it for you .

If you need a server or VPS in the EU, check out Fennec. We're using a datacenter in Coventry, UK with multiple gigabits of connectivity and multiple sources. We own all of our own hardware and all VPSs come with RAID-1 by standard so if a hard drive fails, you remain online.

Many other providers use low end machines without RAID or with desktop-grade processors or RAM, make sure you know what they're running on before you order. Good luck, whatever you choose.
