What happened:
A week ago I have decided to try PanamaServer.com as they provide VPS for Bitcoin and met the poorest hoster ever you might to find.
I haven't met any other place to express my discontent regarding this service, but as they haven't registered on legit hosting discussion forums but accepting bitcoins, I've decided to warn you guys.
I have paid my invoice but it remains unpaid until today in their billing panel and I haven't received any service of course.
The transaction does exist in the blockchain, but Manuel Cabrera from support proudly claims that "He have not received any transaction for 0.04195" and don't even want to solve my problem.

Reference Link:
https://www.panamaserver.com/cp/viewinvoice.php?id=34649

Amount Scammed:
0.04195 BTC

Proof of Payment:
A screenshot that shows the address associated with the invoice #34649
http://prntscr.com/8lwneq

The address from the invoice that contains my payment of 0.04195 BTC
https://blockchain.info/address/1Nyq6XHjFsuAnY3mKMZhjYuuNXSSPTHWuW

Support ticket screenshots:

Part 2: https://i.imgur.com/yxze30b.png

They also have removed the invoice in question atm of this post and changed its number to erase some proofs probably. Unacceptable.

Conclusion:
I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with that hosting provider ever, because their support's irresponsible behaviour will piss you off before even you receive your VPS, if you will...
And what more can be added there? I was simply SCAMMED!

I find it very hard to believe that an established hosting company would risk their reputation over ~0.04 BTC. There must be some misunderstanding here. Most likely an issue on their end, perhaps for whatever reason they didn't see or receive the payment on their end.

Ok, but if you have seen the support chat screenshots, you will see that they are happy with that and don't bother that some wanttobe-customer lost his 10$ for a service that he haven't not received.  Manuel did not even check his backend for my payment, but just said 'he didn't receive the money'. Ok, but who is a person I have sent money to then?? Perhaps to Santa with an invoice addressed to their company? Such a disgrace, but not a company...

I didn't say that you were lying, I do believe you because your screenshots show sufficient proof that you sent payment to an address they provided. If they're unwilling to help resolve the issue then yes, this can be considered a scam and very poor customer service.

Thanks for the warning, I almost made the payment.
I am just switching from centerserv.com, because they fooled me:
I rent on server for 190 USD and one for 280 USD, but got two cheap servers with the same hardware.
1 paid for 1 month, but the shot down the server after 20 days.
After I informed them, I received an answer after several days and they say the turn on the Server again, but they still where down. After that no response anymore.

It's funny that the costumer service replies only after a few days and don't know what's going on.
I am scared.

So what is a valid invoice number for your system?
I just wonder why in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/8lwneq the amount of $10,00 is shown.

Well centerserv.com are also very unresponsible.
Once you have a name you don't need to care about a single user.
I got scammed by Centerserv and they just give a f.

Even if they are that reputable in the past, now they are not, because of this accusation with proofs, people will shy away with this kind of service unless they refund OP or set up the service for OP, good that you posted it here, not it will become a reference for all who wants to get their service.
