Hi,

few moments ago I posted announcement of Bitcoin hardware wallet project, which we're working on (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=122438.msg1317706). At this stage, we have only internal codename for the project, but we're looking for business name for the final product.

We'll be very pleased if the community help us to find some catchy and unique name for the product. For that reason, I'm offering 1BTC bounty to whoever who post the name which we then use for our hardware wallet.

Unless it will have some hidden sense, please do *not* suggest names containing "bit", "coin", "key" or so. By participating in this bounty, you agree that you give up the copyright and any other rights related to the name. Also, to make this thread sane, please suggest maximum three names per post and up to three posts per user.

Hmm... "nanobank" - oops website taken - okay then "mubank" (website available - the "mu" is taken from G.E.B's meaning "to unask"). Smiley

[edit] Do the rules apply to edits? Cheesy

Hm, as I see it, I should add additional rule:

Maximum three suggestions per post and maximum three posts per user.

1. SERF --> Secure Easy Reliable Fast

2. "Long Pocket" if that name is not protected. My Personal favourite

I can really good Imagine saying something like "I'm going to pay this from my long Pocket" while getting a small device with a slush logo on it from my (actual) pocket.

3. Bit-Shield - I now no Bit.

Will come up with more as the day passes.

All previous versions of currency will no longer be supported as of this update

One last try (similar to the last suggestion I made) - "mumubank" (as well as the G.E.B. concept of "mu" you get http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_KLF).

Wink

Blockbox (black box type thing, I chose block because the wallet will hold the blockchain?, but it is a mouthful)
Oaken 'oak' the wood, with 'en' added onto it to sound like Open
Leafer/Leaver/Leaves
Its fall and i thought of people using the hardware wallet for a "plug and go" style of mobile usable, For tablets, netbooks and the likes.

"bit", "cool", "cold", "ice", "fat", "steel", "coin"

Did I forgot to mention that "bit", "coin" and "wallet" should not be in the name? ;-)
