I can find a lot of people who have lost a lot of money gambling, people who have hit big jackpots, but I haven't heard of people who gamble regular and are profiting? They must exist right? I'm hoping some of those people can post. I just want to know that those people exist. I personally have hits some Jackpots, I posted them here www.MoBtcs.com , but overall i'm down, currently about 180 BTC over the past year

I think there should be already one thread on same or similar topic. Yes most regular gamblers can't make profits regularly and most likely they may lose at the end so if any one win a jackpot in gambling then they should put that money in some other less risky investments than they can be happy otherwise they amy lose all their jackpot money in gambling again

Here is my win line so far playing micro-stakes cash games poker on Betcoin.ag since February of this year. Over 60 thousand+ hands I have a win rate of 10.4 bb/100 (big blinds per 100 hands) Note that the money figures are actually mbtc, not "$". The poker tracking software I use (HEM2) doesn't recognize btc or mbtc so just assigns "$" to the units. So my net winnings so far are 761.14 mbtc or 0.76114 btc over 60K+ hands, not including my deposit bonus, rakeback or freeroll winnings. When you add those in, it bumps up my total earnings to just over 1.1 btc. I'm nowhere near baller status like some other players on the site, but hey, it's profit. And I'll be moving up to higher stakes soon where my win rate will be expected to go down, but the amount I earn will go up (hopefully). Prior to starting playing full time on Betcoin.ag I played on seals before they changed to swc. HEM2 isn't supported by swc so I don't have any stats to show from my time there, but I estimate I made somewhere between 3-4 btc also playing microstakes poker over a few hundred thousand hands.

I don't play cash games but many good players say that 5bb/100 hand is a great win rate so you are killing it mate hopefully we see more graphs here from other members , cause if you noticed there are many people here think that poker is a pure luck game

Thats Great, that you are still in the Green! How much do you think your win rate would change if you were playing high stakes rather then micro stakes? Its still the same game regardless of stakes right? So is it because the players you are up against get that much better? Or are there other factors?

If you count lottery as a form of gambling, I lost 0.xx bitcoins. I have stopped playing lottery and deal with bitcoin now. Hope it will recover my losses.

for consistent profit in gambling you need to have guts to take risks. i do take risks in sports betting and i loss more then win but still i am in profit because my winning is almost big enough to cover my losses

Really good people will make profit on poker or sport betting. In other gambling games such as dice, roulette, etc. the only real way to make money is to place a big bet, win it and walk away. There might be someone that was lucky enough to profit in the long term but it's such a rare event that i doubt it even happened. I personally probably lost more than won in dice and in total really. Only a few people can really make profit on this, apart from the casinos of course.

Lottery is a form of gambling, and you only little bit chance to win, your be lucky if your number drawn of the jackpot and will cover all your losses and have a profit.

I have made more than 1.5 BTC through sports betting as I found sports betting is safe as I have very good knowledge of sports so that I can predict the result. To avoid the losses we can also place cross bet on live matches, because of this Sports betting is profitable for me.

That looks like a very good progress. By the way I'm curious, does HM works on btc poker rooms? I used it a long time ago, but usualy it only worked in the well know poker rooms. As for profit, I have some im poker and sportsbetting, but all made outside the btc world, since I only made the "shift" recently.
