Considering that 90% of all new coins fail ... which is more likely to fail?
If you're rounding to the nearest integer, it'd be more accurate to use 100%.
The up side of rounding to the nearest int is that it makes it trivial to answer the 2nd question: both are 100% likely to fail.
The devil is, as ever, in the detail.

Totally agree: sucess depends upon presentation,
hard work, marketing and community acceptance (demand)
I think the idea of burn to reduce inflated #'s coins and combat inflation
is good but, everyone wants the other guy to give up coins
to increase the value of theirs. Dead coins are well - dead.
A Revival of a dead coin means an active developer working on the coins,
creating a buzz, a purpose , and communication.
