Have you considered outsourcing your cold storage to XAPO?
Why should they risk that? Giving all the bitcoin funds they hold to another company? I would not know what to think of that. Don't they trust themselves, do they trust others more? And even when, how should they react when xapo goes down by being hacked or a scam happening. I think it would be an even higher risk which might be hard to explain to 1broker users. Yes i agree with you. I trust 1Broker. Then if i Know that they deposit my BTC on external wallet from other company, i surely witdraw all my found .

Hi - I just started using 1broker about 1 month ago, and want to say I'm EXTREMELY pleased with the platform and performance. Leadership at 1broker is also giving me some confidence/assurance that 1broker is in somewhat able hands. I would be more worried if they haphazardly and perhaps irresponsibly were adding a bunch of esoteric micro-markets for obscure alt currencies. 1broker has a full suite of investment options, from forex to commodiities, equity indices, individual stocks, and yes, BTC.
My primary concern is security ... but in the btc space isn't it always? Hope you guys have essentially all your coins in cold storage, secured by a multi-sig account. Have you considered outsourcing your cold storage to XAPO? To the extent I'm comfortable with security at 1broker, I'm happy to trade my entire but modest stash of btc with them. Hopefully it continues to grow ... :-)
Anyway, over the near-term I am short the S&P, Nikkei 225, Tesla, and considering to add a long Yen position.
Please keep up the good work 1broker!
We are glad to hear you are having a positive trading experience! Security has always been of the highest priority for us, and we take every possible measure to improve upon our current measures in place. As mentioned before, we do not have any plans to add alts at this time.

We had to remove instant order execution, after someone demonstrated a way of abusing this feature.
We will try everything to re-enable this feature again as soon as possible; I cannot give any estimations when this happens, however.

Hey 1broker team, we finally got around to creating our own BitcoinTalk account and thread, so we thought we'd pop in and say hello. We've been integrated into 1broker for a couple months, and with over 250 users now, we've only heard good things from them about your system. We thank you for everything and hope you continue to do what you're doing. Happy Trading

I have used you guys in the past when another developer introduced me to your product. I was surprised more people were not aware of your guys existence, and I thank you for integrating 1broker into your system.

Right on We're not the best at marketing, solely relying on word of mouth for the most part. It'll catch on, the fact that everyone needs to pick and/or create their own strategy has lots of people still in the testing phase. Once a couple of us crack the code and/or find that holy grail it will all kick into high gear Question for you guys though, since a lot of us are now automating the trades via your site, there's a lot of history to syphon through. Could we get an export to excel, or maybe some "sort by / filters" for organizing it all a little better?

I do not have a hard date for that release to share at this time though.

I have made plenty of withdraws greater than 1 BTC. There is a 0.001 BTC fee for the mining fee.

Hey, we are aware of this and are working to resolve it. Refreshing the page or clearing your cache should fix the problem for now.
