you guys should work hard on the stoploss because you could loose a chance to gain new costumers, because some people aren't satisfied with Bitfinex at the moment

Basic Stop Loss functionality was added with today's update.
You can edit this value in your position overview.

Don't worry about the bad user interface. There are lots of improvements coming soon.

Whatever. And no you haven’t been in bitcoin since 2010. Plus if you really feel the way you do. Then sell. Have conviction. If not keep pounding sand.

Anyone else having issue with most prices not updating for few hours now? Access and transaction logs are fine but all prices except BTC/USD and
Stocks are stucked, last update for them was at 11:35:58 GMT +1 (more than 3 hours ago).
Sorry, both price servers went down overnight.

As always all losses caused by the outage can be refunded. Just contact our support.

Could you please adjust user inactivity detection? It is fine to log off user after some minutes of inactivity but it is not so fine to stop updating
prices after just 30 seconds of no mouse movement. Just make it so prices update until time is right to log off user. It surely won't eat up GBs of
your bandwidth but it will allow watching prices from sofa, swimming pool and so on.  Grin
I'm using an add-on that refresh automatically every 5 minutes. Problem solved. (I care more about not being logout when a position is open than price ticker...)

Today's update added:
  • Option to disable the AFK detection. You now don't need auto-reload browser extensions anymore.
  • Cookie-based "keep me logged in" function.
  • Minor UI improvements.

Yep, the notification system definitely needs improvements.

Also is there any reason why my position is now limited to 40BTC instead of 100BTC?

please anounce any change to this, since limits are not visable

You need to logout to see this menu on the home page (trading/market) : https://1broker.com/?c=cfds

All limits show there.

What happened with promised updates, like Take Profit orders?
Sorry for the delay. Recently, problems with our financial APIs came up. Therefore, our new top priority is to deploy our completely new backend-system as early as possible. (Most probably next week)

I will post more exciting details about this thing once everything is set up.

Just about to ask the Stop profit, somebody have requested it. By the way... i guess your API is still mixing the absolutely off the chart wrong data from MTGOX...

The Gold and Silver markets now use our new API.

The spreads for these markets are now fixed:
  • 0.6 points for GOLD
  • 0.04 points for SILVER

In the next days all other markets will migrate to the new system. This brings various improvements:
  • Internal market data latency was reduced to almost 0. (We now have access to realtime data streams of all bigger exchanges)
  • Improved stability.
  • Fixed spreads.

Along with that we can finally add much more markets to our platform.

No, we are now directly connected to the exchanges.

PS: All markets except indices were successfully upgraded. Next week everything will be stable again.

Add Tesla stock!  I want to short!  You will get a lot more action on your stock listings if you add super volatile stocks.  Bitcoiners love volatility, and Tesla is up 350% on the year.
