Yep and the 100 euro in BTC from Roger ver was claimed 5 sec after the QR code aired on national TV
in NL National TV is transmitted in 1080 HD standard true cable.
so yes scanning a QR code works! , the dutch guy who got it left a tank you message on the dutch forum.
