Nope that is just the last part of the leg, covered from view by it's Gaster.   ..... If I had to take a stab at it, I would point out that it has... what looks like little wings

on it's back... from my knowledge Leave cutter ants have no wings.   If it is the queen... then she would not be doing the worker ants job.
