Only the first 31.5 million coin are in the markert place they said 15 percent at a time and over 20 years they sell the remaining coins there is no way half the coins where dumped on the markert the price would be way lower its in blasko s and all the others at v o x to make,it,a huge success they have 180 millon coins left and that's the way they can become rich all the cursing negative comments is coming from people who are not in the loop it's pure and nasty negative speculation on there part I know,virtually reality is going to be huge and v o x is positioned we'll be a big part of it

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Far as the attacks go, I will not respond to people like wtman as he is not trying to help VOX or the Voxelus platform. His agenda is to cause FUD and nothing more with the same things over and over.

Voxelus is working on improvements, new content, new characters, and new worlds everyday.  Anyone using the platform can easily see the development happening.

Being the #1 VR content provider in the world will have major advantages in the coming future. VR headsets are expected to be the hot item for the holiday season this year. Where are all those people going to go for VR content, and VR worlds? They are going to go to Voxelus.

Seems like my question slipped through the cracks, so let me ask that again

@jimblasko: why does Voxel need to be it's own blockchain, in particular a cripled blockchain that's controlled centrally and therefore pointless? You would have much less maintenance overhead, much more transparency, and real decentralization if you used tokens like Counterparty or Omni or Ethereum based tokens. It would also be much more simple for everyone to use and for exchanges to support. There are many good projects that use these tokens: Maidsafe, Synereo, Storj, Agoras... You may have future plans to implement custom features at blockchain level, but by then blockchain technology will have changed so much that your Litecoin fork will be totally obsolete anyway.

Forum thread started on Aug 11 by someone asking for help regarding an editor that wouldn't load.

17 days - no response by anyone. Most of the forum is dead - no announcements, bug reports or tutorials for a LONG TIME. Some sections of the forum are overrun with spam.

No one answers concerns about the premine (where is it? show us the addresses)

Halsey Minor, Jim and Martin keep dumping the premine on you fools who would rather not complain and keep waiting for good things to happen.

I've been looking a bit into Martin Repetto's background. According to his LinkedIn profile, he was CEO or Minor Studio (a company of Hasley Minor) from 2008 to 2011, and was in charge of a game project called Atmosphir, which key feature was the ability to design your own 3D worlds. Looking at Youtube videos of Atmosphir back then, when it had 20 or so developers working actively on it (again according to Martin Repetto's LinkedIn), it looks strikingly similar to Voxelus.

There are many more similarities, like similar textures used between Atmosphir and Voxelus. Search Atmosphir videos on Youtube and Voxelus videos on Vimeo.

So same entrepreneur, same CEO, same lead developer, same concept, very very similar engine and game mechanics, very similar texture and objects base...
This leads me to the question: is Voxelus an attempt to ROI Atmosphir's intellectual property (that belongs to Minor Studio and therefore Hasley Minor)? What happened to Atmosphir? Could the same happen to Voxelus?

According to Atmorsphir's wikia page:

Under the current circumstances where the leadership of the project can't even be bothered giving updates to the community that crowd funded their project, and yet still actively maintain a wash-trade bot on Bittrex to generate fake volume, the worst should be assumed.

Let's give one more week to Voxelus folks to get their shit together, give an update and answer pending questions on this thread.
If nothing is done, we should assume this is indeed a scam based on a rehashed and rebranded failed project, and start airing the matter more widely, including contacting Bittrex and Poloniex to ask delisting.

The volume manipulation is serious in bittrex. With only 10 btc buy support, it creates daily 50 BTC volume. Must be whale self buy and sell.  Cry

I just wonder why he didn't do this on polo, if he does this on polo daily, it will ensure the listing on polo, never be delisted from polo

I think this coin is a scam, dev insta dumped the coin, I don't think ico investors would dump this from 0.001+ to 0.00007, unless the investors are stupid.

I think this coin is a scam, dev insta dumped the coin, I don't think ico investors would dump this from 0.001+ to 0.00007, unless the investors are stupid.

Someone other than investors whose holding a lot of coins dumped VOX from the start, mostly everyone knows who's the real culprit.
