How would you guys react if you guys lost 10, 000 bitcoin?

lets see, 10,000 bitcoins at todays rate is about $420,000. so if i somehow had and lost that much. i would be pretty damn upset. but i wudnt let that happen. if i owned that much money, i would be smart enough to make sure its safe.

Its a nightmare to think that we have lost so much big amount of bitcoins. You have to be extra careless to lose such a amount of bitcoins when u have them. Keep in multiple storage is the first step of precaution.

i know the feeling if you loose 150 BTC , it did feel really bad on hearing its a valuable thing, but not that sad because i didnt invest any money to gain those and the value was almost zero when i got those, it will be the same with how much coin you loose during that time, nothing can the done to recover those , just think about the possibilities to earn new coins, as its not the end of the world

If I lost 10,000 Bitcoins I'd be depressed for sure long period of time. Then I would think about how this happened that I had those 10,000 Bitocins in the first place. Because if I managed to get them once why couldn't I do it again? So I'd start to earn Bitcoins again knowing that I should awoid actions which bring me to lose it.

agree with this statement. holding bitcoin in that amount is too risky, so I don't think there will be someone who can keep bitcoin with that amount

well, there are a lot of people holding huge amounts of bitcoin like mining pools which have a lot of BTC in their wallets or some exchangers that have cold storages with a lot of bitcoins in it.

I'd hyperventilate for a while. Probably punch a few walls. Vomit a bunch of times. Then I'd head out  and live in the woods for a few weeks to get some perspective.

I can't imagine something like this.
It will be great shock really but after a while I think I will recover and try to do something productive, maybe seek options to recover this lost or start over again.
After all, money is not everything in life.
You can earn money again but can't get back health or life.

At first I think I would pull a Sia and bang my head against the wall, not before getting drunk and sleeping for 48 hours, then I would wake up and start getting as much BTC as possible. Having 1 is better than having 0 even after losing 10,000.

I would react very surprised, mostly because I apparently gained 10,000 bitcoins overnight and lost them again in some weird way

He's definitely get sad of course but not as much as like a normal citizen because hes really rich and he can recover that in small time.

Why wouldn't you react to losing so much Bitcoin. I would cry for the rest of my life if I lost anything close to that.

yeah agree. even though we are rich people like bill gates. if he loses 10k bitcoin, of course he will stress. and although the price of bitcoin only for $ 1. nonetheless it was like a nightmare. I can not accept it

I think the answer is pretty obviously most people would freak out.  However if you have 10k btc its likely you cashed some for fiat and can hire excellent security guides.  Why would you have 10k btc but no other assets?

it would be impossible, we can not imagine it. because we do not have that much money. unrealistic. even if I lose 100 BTC else. I will be very upset with it. moreover lose 10k bitcoin. I can not imagine

I lose BTC2 last month because of urgent needs. (Lose because I spend it.)

That funds is part of my funds that rotating in an exchange sites. So the profit now is decreased.

That is only a one digit amount so imagined how come if it's multiple digits.

I will definitely cry for sure. But that wont happen I think that fast. That is not so good if that is going to happen.
But I hope that the value will rise for a long time. You can see now that the price is rising well.
