See, I would say I wont react if I lost such big amount, reason being I dont have such amount and if I ever loose this much this would mean I have more than 100,000 then only I can loose 10k . Anyways loosing 10k btc even when price is 1$ per btc is nightmare and when its 400$ price, well I cant imagine.

Why wouldn't you react to losing so much Bitcoin. I would cry for the rest of my life if I lost anything close to that.

yeah, it will be a heart attacking event for a person who lost.
It will destroy someones life.
but i think a person who have much that amount will have advanced security for that. he will care it with high alert and security.

I think the answer is pretty obviously most people would freak out.  However if you have 10k BTC it's likely you cashed some for fiat and can hire excellent security guides.  Why would you have 10k etc but no other assets?

Making the assumption it did happen, I feel more frustrated and blame on myself rather than angry. The only possible  way I could lose it under my control was due to poor maintenance over my funds while on my hardware. If I myself didn't make an attempt to secure my bitcoins, it is completely understandable that the error was partly my fault.
- Now if I lost the 10,000 bitcoins under the circumstances that were not under my control, I would just be sadden by the lost. Okay i'd probably be crying.  

There is a reason why you should always take steps to properly secure your bitcoins and to make sure they are backed up. You need to imagine the worst possible situation happening.

First of all I don't think that I will be holding that huge amount in my wallet, as I am part timer on bitcoins, and for part timer it will take a long time to achieve that milestone

I guess it all depends on your financial situation and the way you lost it.

If you lost it gambling, live with it.
If you lost it speculating, live with it.
If you lost it from theft, do everything to get the assholes.
If you lost it from other reason, kick yourself in the butt.

Ofcourse that amount is insane and unrealistic for anyone to hold

yeah but do you have any ideas as to how to minimise the chances of this happening. I mean mainly in theft. I got one idea which i think is good. It is more safe to use a manual wallet rather than online. It is less prone ti hacking.

Yes 4M USD is too big and I would not be able to digest such a big loss, but really I dont think I would ever have 10k btc and for loosing that much you need that much . I would better have a beer on loosing such big amount,because I am reaction-less .

It would be surely disappointing to loose big money, if I loose I would surely try to recover my bitcoins, I don't know how I will do it, but will try my best that I can get back my hard earned coins.
