There is no way to know the real possibilities of bitcoin in future since we are no seers, but we alway need to keep in mind that current technologies will be outclassed in the future and the possibility of finding more advanced and advantageous options will be always open.

this is what he said.
"This is my personal opinion, there will be no real, non-controlled currency in the world. There is no government that's going to put up with it for long ... there will be no currency that gets around government controls."
and this is who he is.
Dimon's comments on blockchain technology come amid increasing interest from banks and mainstream finance figures such as Blythe Masters, who famously left JPMorgan to join Digital Assets Holdings as CEO in March this year.

but it no longer make me believe that bitcoin will not survive,so many proof that bitcoin will survive.

Jamie Dimon is the representative of the banking sector and had little other ideas of survival in the financial world. I personally think that the traditional banking sector may experience serious problems in the paradigm shift Smiley

it's my belief that Jamie Dimon is being dishonest and is actually accumulating bitcoin

yep, most likely talking his book ... shorting, then accumulating. Notice his "announcement" came right at the time to blow the top of the wave.
You nailed it guys, that must be the reason for his comment....

I think that they will all dissappear if they don't adapt. Adapt of survive is the name of the game and they better start dealing with the fact that Bitcoin will not go anywhere no matter how hard they try with their pathetic fear warfare tactics. They tried to make internet private back in the day and they will try again with Bitcoin and fail while doing so.

obviously he is biased, he does not hold a single bitcoin otherwise he would be biased toward bitcoin, everyone is just looking at his portfolio nothing new here

that's why opinion are bullshit, most of the time they protect who do the claim, we should simply ignore them no matter from who they come

I love that he is starting to feel threatened.  Let stage 3 begin.  The time is near.

This is a sure thing. Everything changes and evolves and banking sector will and is experiencing the same exact thing. It's just a matter of time until everything doesn't fall over like a house of cards.

He is also thinking in banking way. They were untouchable all these years so why would they feel threatened? Wrong they are!

As long as bitcoin adapts to the changing environment and adopt the best modern technology and has great community support, it will be successful.

The businesses and different platforms should change so that btc will succeed too. What's strange is why does this guy show some support to the blockchain tech but not btc? Hmm there must be something brewing on his mind.

This moron makes the point of why bitcoin will survive himself lol.
People want a currency that is immune to the constant changing of
Fiat currency and government manipulation. It allows everyone around
the world to connect without having to worry about exchange rates
and fee's.

I find it hilarious that he actually thinks that governments can actually do anything about it.

Jamie Dimon is a scumbag. Fuck him. I suspect he knows what bitcoin is capable of and he doesn't like it.  I doubt he really believes what he said. I am very new to bitcoin. I've skimmed over some articles years ago and wish I had payed more attention. I'm learning as much as I can now. I started experimenting with wallets and faucets a couple weeks ago and quickly realized the potential of bitcoin and how much time I was wasting on faucets and created a coinbase account. I made a small purchase order today and plan on purchasing more to hold onto and some for buying stuff everyplace I can instead of using cash/credit.

I don't care about opinion of Dimon. It is hard to predict the future of bitcoin and I strongly believe that he is not good at that.
I still remember Bill Gates saying that we won't be need more than 1MB of memory ever for our PC or something like that.
With bitcoin it will be the same, revolution is in motion.
