There is also the risk of the funds coming from stolen cards.

Why do you not just buy from one of the online exchanges who accept credit/debit cards. I'm sure it will work out cheaper.

I'm in the same situation, the problem is, i have several low amount debitcards (about 6$) no exchange will allow me to buy such a low amount of BTC.
I tried Virwox, and you need to buy at least 0.02BTC with SLL, rendering impossible to redeem the cards.
