The OP asked the question back in November 6 2015. The price has not come anywhere near $250 between then and now. Enough of this doom and gloom bullshit.
So the new question would be: "Will the BTC price go back to $350". My answer is that it might be, but for very short period. Yes that seems to be appropriate. And yes it will be for a short period as there are a lot of buyers waiting for the btc price to dip that low. |

I see a lot of people saying we probably will see the previous prices. Now that the BTC price rise lost steam it is going down again. Do you think BTC Price will go back to $250???
bitcoin will never touch the figure $250 again but on the contrary $500. |

bitcoin will never touch the figure $250 again but on the contrary $500. Anything is possible though. who knows what could happen after halving - it may go $500+ or less than $300 especially because of the blocksize issues and a lot of miners will probably sell out. |

That's impossible the cause of price movement right now is the traders and theres no big dump right now. It wont go high and wont go low right now coz if the price goes down a bit traders are buying same as if the price goes high a bit. So the price movement is at normal right now.

My answer is that it might be, but for very short period. $350 is actually the lower bound of the current trading range, so it wouldn't be that surprising if we touch it. Piercing it to the downside is another story, and that is, at least for now, not very likely. therefore dreams about going back to $250 may be left aside for a longer while. |

If it does fall to that level then I would surely engage myself in buying as many bitcoins possible, but its difficult to see bitcoin going that low at this particular stage, it would remain stable on $350 I guess.

The cost of mining has increased quite a lot recently. If the price drops too low, the miners will not sell. This will support the price. |

That is true.. even the $350s was so hard for bitcoin to touch for long... besides, the price now is way to high to just dive that low.  |

If such situation occurs, then it might be the day of halving. If the price reaches the low bottom of $250 it will get increase to $500 when halving takes place.

If it can drop to the $300 price level then it can also drop to $250 without much problems. Everything can happen with the Bitcoin price. Beside that, the thread was pointed at what the situation was back in November 2015. Current situation is completely different. |
