rigth now neither of both, the few coins that i had i lost it gambling, i was trying to make some profits, but it was not possible, but i ll keep trying, i dont like to lost, but this time with cold head, lets see if i have better luck

We all have the freedom to try our luck but always think that we cannot be trying all of life without getting any positive return, it's not worthy anymore, we are just like throwing our money in the thrash can. Instead of thinking we can be profitable, why not just think we can be joyful, it's the only way to convince yourself to be happy despite of the reality that you cannot win.

   Gambling is something I like, but I know my reach. I'm playing with low amounts and my winnings are not big all the time, and cause of that I don't gamble for a living.
   Living for gambling is gambling with high bets, to risk a lot and to live on a ege. I'm not for that kind of gambling, I love to enjoy in playing.

I'm glad to see people who understand gambling, gambling is a very serious job for others as they make a living in gambling, of course doing that kind of job requires you to put big investment. Yes, it's investment as that is how you should treat it, having said that, you have to aim for profit to grow your investment. They can do that but we, typical gamblers has not ability to do that, so we stay as what our capability tells us.

Not you, but i believe there are some people who living from gambling (gambling for a living) and living for gambling (assuming they are rich people).

If you aske me if I am one of the two option ( gambling for a living, a living for gambling) I would say none of the above.  I never use gambling as the way to earn a living, I have my jobs that can support my family.  And definitley not a living for gambling, i will never put my family on the line just to play gambling.  That act is insanity !.

Yes, we should treat gambling as a source of entertainment, fun and a way to ease our boredom but it is not that bad to hope for some amount to win but of course don't hope to much for it, because you will think that gambling will be a way of living like those people who have experienced to earn good amount in it. That's why most of us don't really gamble for living.

There's no pressure when treating gambling as an entertainment because you will not think of getting back your loses whenever you lose. It's no burden as you believe you are spending not investing to expect something in return. It's on the mentality of a person, and I believe those who believe gambling is for fun will survive.

We can't figure out who are those people who are gambling for a living and those people who are gambling for entertainment purposes. But you are right with that, if we are not going to gambling for a living, there is no pressure at all. And most of the time when we gamble we can just enjoy every time we bet.

like many member here said, don't too greedy when you are playing gambling and always spend money that you won't regret it. of course you need more luck to win the games. i think you can playing gambling but not gambling for a living because i don't think its good for you as i don't do gambling for a living, but i am sure that in out there many people is doing gambling for a living.

You mean to say you are not at all gambling ? Or you are gambling only for entertaining yourselves ?

Living for gambling is an addiction and gambling for a living is not practically possible in my experience. So, using gambling for some times and not giving any importance for it with respect to our living must be a good idea on how to treat gambling.

That's a common mistake to think that one can gamble for living and people who make that mistake generally lose everything they have. So let's not think that gambling for a living is possible. Living for gambling is another thing and it is possible unfortunately. Some people really live for gambling and even if they can afford losing money, they are losing all their time whcih they can spend doing much more interesting things.

Lol they might have the biggest jackpot but if you check the odds of winning its one of the worse games you can play for house edge.  Soon adds up aswell if you get 10 tickets a week or something over a few years.

to me i only play gambling for making money and most of the time i do not succeeded but still i want to continue because the amount that i lost in gambling is my pocket money and therefore it is no a big chance.

There are a good number of people making a living through gambling and it is a really huge industry worth over a trillion dollar world wide and i have seen documentaries regarding whales who made millions only through gambling .So it is a real possibility to make a living through gambling.

It's true that there are people who make a living in gambling and they are whales because they have the big bankroll, but I don't think it will surpass the number of losers in gambling. Hence, it will only conclude that majority of the gamblers loses in the long run.

Being a gambler, we need to know our place, we can only choose between the two to either play it for fun or for profit.

Your statement doesn't justify your choice.  But anyway, we do gambling to make a profit, and we always tell everyone that we are after the fun. That statement sometimes leads us to trouble financially and sometimes really results to gambling addiction and instead of us making a living out of gambling, we do a living for gambling with that.
