Blockchain based, how so ?
A game that relies on random hashes on blockchain to offer randomness.

satoshi fantasty is blockchain based game, but its a game, not gambling.

Protoblock turns knowledge of American football into Fantasybit coin, a margin token used to monetize leveraged skill.

This game was pretty fascinating:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aCPHtSjqNI0

You mined the coin's blockchain by playing it, so it was purely blockchain based, the scenario was generated out of the blockchain's data, and you would win coins by playing it.

I wish someone implemented something like this but more elaborated and with multiplayer competition support.

Not exactly. I'm talking about one, where the randomness is coming from the blockchain.

There are http://bettingblocks.com/ and http://block777.com/, in which you can gamble on which pool will find a particular block.

I have also seen a few sites that allow people to gamble on the block hash or the "nonce" of the block (eg. Is the last number in the hash odd or even? Is the last two digit of the nonce <50? etc), but those sites didn't seem to get much attention and soon disappeared.

^These are the only games which are dependent on randomness of blocks, there are other which are on chain games but are not based on blockchain, it is what I think OP is asking. There was a game where you'd need to pick the block size to win but it wasn't too successful iirc. The block timing has to do with a lot of that, sometimes a block takes more than half an hour and people get bored waiting for it, which is why most prefer off-chain and games not based on blockchain.

I think chainroll was closed months ago.
I loved the red and green layout of the site, wonder why so many sites get closed ? I think not much profit or lack of time. I wish for more blockchain based gambling sites to entertain us in near future.

Vegas is not a good place to wager bitcoin. Vegas is used to turn black money white.

I just noticed a game on this board which seems to be 100% blockchain based gambling game. It is www.bitcoinbetting.website.

^ Title speaks for itself...

Update: Below I'm listing blockchain based gambling games suggested on this thread...

i. https://www.chain-bet.com

This is something I've often wondered myself. Other than the raffles we have been doing over in the collectibles section I've not heard of many others. Will definitely keep a close eye on this thread to see if we do have some fun and fully working games around. I'm a bit surprised there's not that big of a market offering these kind of games.

Not from any reputed websites I know of.Actually,it doesn't matter since most of the top websites have their own provable fair mechanisms. If you only wish to use blockchain based games just for the sake of provable fairness,it isn't a good idea.
You can look for special on-chain bets which are mainly used for public bets and such.

Really surprised this thread was brought back from the dead after a year.

Either way besides the chain-bet website there aren't that many. And honestly somebody really should make one as a smart contract for ETHEREUM.

With bitcoin due to the VERY SLOW confirmation times and VERY HIGH transaction fees you are better off using a different currency.

This would be very easy to program as a smart contract on ETH and everybody can verify looking at the source that they aren't being cheated.
