I buy bitcoins because I KNOW the value will go up!

Right thing to do, there must be a movement in bitcoins buying and selling will make bitcoins more attractive in future, and surely it would go much higher in coming months and it is right decision to buy bitcoins at a moment but don't wait too long in short term if you are earning profits then sell it and again buy when prices goes down.

You can never predict when it will go up or down.
If you have a lot of patients that yes buyoig Bitcoins and wait for increase is a good idea.
But to be safe just have 2 Bitcoins as minimum.

No one can predict what will be prices next year so if you want to be in bitcoin than just start buying in small quantities and surely you will get an opportunity to sell at higher but I can't guaranty the time frame how long it may take btc prices to up. So no need to wait for any good time for buying start today is the best time.

if you take into account that there are only 21M(in reality much less available) how the hell it's too expensive, actually is very very cheap as an asset

bitcoin value should be in the range of trillion to be not undervalued, which is 70k per bitcoin

i'd rather spend say $400 on something else sorry.
For a lot of the world's population 1 single Bitcoin is or was a months rent.

yeah but they do not need to buy one bitcoin, they could simply buy 1/10 or 1/100 of it, which is nothing at the moment, for the reason everyone know, which is a ridiculous market cap

but hose 1/10 or 1/100 might be a very good amount in the future

Try to hold some coins, because it's expected that the price will increase soon, especially after the next halving
And, as known, gambling is so risky tool, because you can lose everything in less than seconds, especially if you are affected by gambling

I have bought some bitcoins because I thought it would be a good investment for the future. It's better to invest in it now rather than later before the value increases.
