I've bought and sold several adult domains in the past, and the general rule of thumb for the asking price is between 1 and 3 years worth of income...
This means, in my opinion, this website should have an income of 22.000+ USD/year in order to be worth 175BTC.
Can you tell us something about
- the traffic (how much/where it comes from)
- the income of this website
- the technical side (scripts, plugins, database, hosting, bandwith,...)
- wether or not the script and database are included in the sale
- why you feel this site is worth $65.000

First of all, let me point out I'm actually selling a domain and not a website.
As stated earlier, I was about to start up a blog on Bitcoin Entrepreneurship but realized I didn't have the sufficient knowledge to handle that niche, thus, rather than let it waste, I put it up for sale.
Why Such a price?Before coming up with such a domain, I took a great deal of Keyword Research and studied the market of Google Adword a bit and found out that certain Bitcoin keywords cost up to $56/click (which when managed perfectly (assuming the user goes for paid per click network), could result to a positive ROI on the buyers part within 1 or 2 years depending on his/her traffic margine but like I said, it is a negotiable price tag and I haven't given any limits as to how low the price can be haggled to.
