I woke up this morning and noticed that a transaction was made from my bitcoin wallet, Link https://blockchain.info/tx/7c7d78d486d0e7afd9407abe68fc5d038b93627119d688e9f32415996ebbdecd

My address: 1GiC3XyGe4vC3xofQAA8wm71FYWzCeVTDB

The tricky thing is that i didn't make the transaction, and my phone (Which the blockchain app is in ) was with me at the time i got the email notification of the transaction.

The amount that left my account was 0.166 and the amount that got to the destination is 0.17

I just wanna know if my wallet has been hacked or is this a blockchain error

Any help would be appreciated.

Since the TX id is made it means that your account is hacked Sad
I suggest for you to move any remaining Bitcoin to another Wallets
IMO Blockchain is not recommended because on how weak their security are Sad
Try to use offline wallets like electrum for the easiest and newbie friendly one Grin
Good luck securing your Bitcoins in the future Wink

It is obvious that your account have been compromised but since your available balance was 0.166 and 0.17 was transferred, do you have any balance left? or your balance is still there?

The private key must have been imported to another wallet that had another address with enough to cover the rest. Does this address look familiar to you: 126RjhPm18cEbicAX6dyvjPtiRAfyVaRhw

Create a wallet on an offline computer and post your public address here.
While I doubt you'll get 160mBTC, I will donate a few to ya.

MAKE sure it is offline!!! Spazz will only send coins if you do this.

I will send you some as well. I am sorry this has happened to you and fellow users need help when crap like this happens to them.

Make sure like Spazz has said you create an offline wallet and never again use an online wallet, especially blockchain.info!

Cheers!

Pretty obvious! While you only used the blockchain on your smartphone someone tracked your account and got hold of it. I'm sorry to say, but there's no doubt about it, you have been hacked.

If you see the transaction you posted above it has inputs from 2 addresses, one of which must be yours and other of the hacker, that is if you're sure that there was only 0.16 in your wallet. Try to search more on the other address, maybe you'll learn a thing or two about who owns it, although it's very unlikely that you'll get something.

Did you had 2fa enabled on your blockchain.info account? And where did you keep you backup if you had any? Try to figure how exactly were you hacked, it might help you avoid that in the future.

were you running the latest version of blockchain app?  previous versions had a serious vulnerability that led to some users losing their coins as they effectively sharing the same address unaware until someone noticed and cleaned them out.  Undecided

Android Wallet Security Update
Alyson · May 28, 2015 · 2 Replies
Today, we released a new version of our Android wallet in response to a recent security disclosure. In rare circumstances, certain versions of Android operating system could fail to provide sufficient entropy, and when backup provisions also failed, multiple users could end up generating duplicate addresses. To our knowledge, this bug resulted in one specific address being generated multiple times, leading to a loss of funds for a handful of users.

Though the issue occurs rarely, it might impact bitcoin addresses generated by old versions of our wallet when run on Android 4.1 “Jelly Bean” or older. Users should download the latest version of our app from the Google Play store, and update their Android OS.

Users who have generated potentially impacted bitcoin addresses are encouraged to follow these steps:

1. Send funds sitting in potentially impacted addresses to newly generated addresses. Note that addresses created with the latest Android app, the iOS app, or at www.blockchain.info will not be affected by the flaw.

2. Potentially impacted addresses should be archived to avoid accidental reuse.

If you believe that you were negatively impacted by this issue, please contact our support team: https://blockchain.zendesk.com/home

I didn't enable 2fa cos i thought it was impossible for someone to steal my keys but i guess i was wrong.

I've deleted, the blockchain app.. And when i do open a new wallet i will make sure to enable 2fa.

Thanks very much.

It is obvious your account have been hacked but you are quite lucky because people are willing to send some donations to your offline btc address, just create one and send them pm.

You 100% should NOT use blockchain.info for an offline wallet.

DOwnload the bitcoin core or bitaddress.org to a cd.
Buy a harddrive, connect it to your computer, disconnect other harddrives, disconnect ethernet connection, no wireless ethernet adapter.
Install Operating system ,  run bitaddress.org, create encrypted wallet, burn to CD.
Turn off computer, disconnect offline harddrive, reconnect online harddrive.

You now have a 100% offline wallet.
NEVER EVER EVER let that offline harddrive connect to the web.. EVER EVER EVER EVER.

Mostly safe wallet:
Run virus scan on computer.
Download bitaddress.org on computer.
Disconnect from internet
run bitaddress.org
create wallet, encrypt wallet, save wallet.
Shutdown computer.
Turn on computer
Connect to internet.

The 2nd should be pretty good the first if you ever have serious amounts of fund IMO is a must.
