if youre OK with waiting for 181 days i could help you out it seems the only 100% secure way with paydouche  of course there are other reputable people here that would probably do it under those circumstances |

bro i dont think that would be safe OP could back out of a paypal transaction upto 6 months afterwards even if he opens/closes claim he could still dispute the payment for unauthorized use |

Yup I'm wondering how many scammers have used that exact phrase. If you are indeed not a scammer and want to convert your PP to bitcoins, you might go to either virwox and exchange there with some fees or withdraw the amount to your bank and either do a exchange via bank transfer or something similar. |
