Example : You send 100$ worth BTC you receive 106$ in Paypal
Sorry not enough trust...risk of chargeback is too high
As for others if they have questions about PW/email changing...my account was recently held as collateral for a loan, hence the changes.
Although it doesn't matter much because the people I deal with are typically trusted enough that I don't mind sending first.
