Tried to verify at your exchange, and it was rejected at least five times. What the hell is a "document authority" regarding proof of identity ? Can you please give me an example of what it is ? Each time I got rejected because I misinformed this field supposidly...  

I never failed to verify with the same personal document at other exchanges and I would like to solve this matter

So what you are saying that paypal to buy bitcoins is available right now?
If it is then you will get alot of orders for it.
