Seems he doesn't understand what a ponzi scheme is in the first place.  Calling an investment program a 'game' is just another way of calling it a ponzi.  Rather than having you invest in a company by buying stocks low and selling high, you're buying shares from someone selling them and hoping you can sell shares of 'nothing', mind you, to another sucker who will buy them for more than you paid.  This is in essence a ponzi scheme where people are rewarded money from other people, but no real product is exchanged.  Someone will end up losing at the end because nobody will be stupid enough to fall for this anymore.
