Countries with a growing economy consider bitcoin a means for the national currency's devaluation as well an source which decreases the use of local currency. But in reality it serves for growth and in advancement in the fast moving world. Over the years to come the country which adopts bitcoin officially and starting to regulate will experience a great growth in economy.
i think you're overestimating the effect bitcoin currently has in the local economies

You got a great point there. This certain country that banned bitcoin as a way of transaction or simply currency can't just allow bitcoin which is a peer2peer type of technology that can degrade the current adoption of their local currency. Why would they allow bitcoin in a certain position to interact with their local currency?

they are still not locally use or legal use by government because they are seen many illegal activities happen with bitcoin like someone say or i read a thread before that there is a teacher teaching about bitcoin that bitcoin is use for illegal activities.. so to them it is still risky to use bitcoin that is why some of countries ban bitcoin..

I think because bitcoins can not be controled by government and it can kill fiat money, if all of people on countries use bitcoins for payment method in their real life, the fiat money will be useless and it is mean the government can not become regulator and can not take taxes.
i think its true, maybe government afraid that in someday, people will not trust the government to protect fiat from new currency like bitcoin. the government wants to make sure that fiat still safe to be use for their citizen and make a limit for bitcoin and preventing bitcoin used many people. government didn't fear on bitcoin can treat their national currency but they are fear about people who can store the wealth in bitcoin without get taxed also bitcoin suspected as a payment gateaway for illegal markets that's why in my opinion there is so many country ban bitcoin. Governments levy tax to income and properties. That is, if you declare your income or if you have a car or you own a house you will pay taxes regardless which coin use. Of course if you live in a country with strong economy consequently with strong currency government wants to prevent the national currency but this is different from taxation.

Some countries probably have fear of Bitcoin, they think that it could maybe influence on their economy or they beleive that is used only for illegal activities. People have always fear from new and inovative things. But this is only the case in some less developed countries.

imo it's an easy argument to dismiss the reality, because bitcoin is still mostly used for illegal activities: gambling is regulated in most countries (if not all), trading has capital/gain tax, darknet markets sell (99% of) illegal stuff and don't pay sales tax, etc... Considering that tax avoidance is already rampant, it's understandable that countries have an aversion for it, some just think the best course is to ban while others try to regulate (like the US when they asked for coinbase data)

Why in some countries Bitcoin is banned is the accepting of Bitcoin by websites and that are illegal .
It is a simple answer. The government knows that bitcoin is a way to avoid their regulations and to avoid the central banking system. That's why they want to regulate or ban it outright. However these actions taking by the government is usually ineffective because the bitcoin technology is P2P and they can't shut the entire network down.

Where are you from. Most countries does not have a clue about what bitcoin is all about and so the law makers are not sure about how to deal with it and so most of the countries that fear it would ruin their economy will ban them and the rest of them are waiting to see on how to deal with it. I am sure government will find this a viable option to earn some tax and every country will start accepting it.

because bitcoin has a characteristic that the price is always going up and down quickly. bitcoin prices are so easy to change. so most of a government in the state will prohibit bitcoin on the grounds of national security.

Yes bitcoins are banned in one country because government cant control this crypto currency and maybe we can say that government are also aware of bitcoins has no taxes Probably yes, because the government can not control and can not get their share in the form of tax. Also, possible reason for banning is that it can disrupt the fiat transaction or a significant portion of it. In addition, because of its anonymous feature it is the favorite choice of person doing illegal activities.

A lot of counties see Bitcoin as the ultimate money laundering tool. If more and more people keep getting aware of its existence, they may all start working for Bitcoin under the table to not report any taxes, but for this more merchants would need to arise.
Exactly this. And it's seen as anonymous, and governments of course don't like that. I do recall reading a while back that Russia banned bitcoin. Is that true? Has it been enforced, if that's the case? I haven't seen much more about that in a while. My guess is that governments are going to regulate it rather than ban it. They're not going to be able to do the latter very effectively anyhow.

I think some countries banned bitcoins because the government knows that it was a threat to them especially when it involves in illegal activities like drugs etc. Some other countries like US will probably banned bitcoins in no time. Almost all illegal activities now are done with bitcoins that is why its a threat to the government.

Bitcoin has a feature that is really anonymous that's why they are using it on illegal activities but as my self bitcoin transactions and blockchain is traceable ! All the things in the internet is traceable ! Internet is a huge network so it can be detect by one user or more. Well we could say bitcoin is anonymous but not really.

Why in some countries Bitcoin is banned is the accepting of Bitcoin by websites and that are illegal .
Some countries banned bitcoin like Israel is becsuse of using bitcoin in illegal activity. Yet, banning bitcoin in a country doesn't mean can not be use totally. Some uses proxy in order to operate that. Hence, banning bitcoin in a country can't stop people to top using it.

I think prohibit the use bitcoin bitcoin will not kill, after all, the government will not be able to block the bitcoin, users will be able to easily access bitcoin as long as they have internet, but I hope the government can at least allow bitcoin
