And for those who are unbanning bitcoins, they just realized that the qualities that bitcoins have will give benefits to them.

I think only a few countries that they are allowed to use Bitcoin. I don't know what revenue that country government is getting from Bitcoin transaction. The main reason why bitcoin is not accepting in all country means they will not get any income from this bitcoin transaction that is why this Bitcoin is banned in many countries.

Bitcoin is used my a lot of people for gambling (for some countries that banned gambling) and buying things from a black market in the internet. That makes the goverment thinks that bitcoin is only used for doing illegal things and then they banned it for that.

And it's harder for the goverment to track the transaction of people. People could buy illegal things and they didn't know it, hence creating the idea to just ban bitcoin and force them to use fiat since it's easier to keep track of people.

Yes some governments fear that they may loose their tax revenue due to Bitcoins. Moreover, Bitcoin transactions are not traceable and so governments cannot trace persons who use Bitcoins for illegal activities. In india, severe measures are taken against black money and i heard lots of blackmoney holders in india are shifting their investments to bitcoins. For these reasons, some countries ban Bitcoins.

This is one of the main thing why some countries would not tend to adopt fully on bitcoin because they know they cant make profits out of it and also the taxation would be surely affected if people would found out the main benefits of bitcoin on which they could able not to pay taxes but adoption of bitcoin will still continue and grow furthermore on the future and we cant really top that.

Some countries seem to have banned bitcoin and other tried to prevent the use of it but backtracked later. The cryptocurrency can be use by anyone through legal and illegal means, and the authorities like law enforcement, tax authorities and regulators has keeping an eye on some bitcoin users.
the government must have known that bitcoin users will not be given a tax, and it certainly will give negative effect to the bitcoin future, perhaps as a ban on the use of bitcoin or else
in some countries this is already happening

It's question of financial freedoms. Depends from country to country how much financial freedom is given to it's population. Lower the freedom, bigger chances that BTC will be banned sooner or later. You can basicly predict it on basis of freedom movement inside country.
but on the other hand, just as someone said before, banning Bitcoin is just like banning Internet. Not fiseable. You can make it illegal, but  stopping people from using it would be hard if not impossible.

some countries banded bitcoin because their governments are scared of bitcoin. its simple any government did not have any rules or power or restriction around bitcoin so they are simply ignoring it. i come to hear that my government will soon implent some taxation on bitcoin in my country so hopfully we need to pay some extra tax

Well from what I've observed, nations/countries themselves haven't introduced bans on bitcoins except Ecuador I think but the rest has to do with central banks in those countries who have seen bitcoins as a threat and have therefore issued bans against its dealings and usage. In a country like Ecuador the ban makes the most sense of any ban, as they are building a national electronic cash system, so they feel the need to protect their new currency from something clearly superior. A decentralized currency of finite production that cannot be manipulated by governments or banks might dim the lights on their new program in the eyes of the public, which offers none of those benefits.

i agree that government have no authority/power to ban bitcoin, people would just keep using it no matter what. however in several countries i guess there is a tax implemented already for bitcoin investor, bitcoin business and any other kind of bitcoin holder. so people don't need to worry about the tax in bitcoin.

there are several reasons like it is mostly being used for illigal transactions , people started using it in a result of that banks and governments lossing some power and money and so on
may be just like that, the government would not do it when they do not get any compensation. of course the government gets any loss or bitcoin government would jeopardize their bank or currency
i think every country has their own rules and regulation, but still i will also like to add that there is not a single country who have officially announce bitcoin as bnned. may be countries are thinking about it but still they do not take any decison about it.

You are right, government will lose control of their people money. Some people in china and yunani choose bitcoin to avoid government control. Bitcoin gives so many advantage to the customer but not for government. But I think government still can take the tax of bitcoin if people buy bitcoin in legal place.

I think all true cryptocurrency, including bitcoin can still continue to use, although the government of your country banning bitcoin, after all, what the government can do to you ? they will not know that you are a user of bitcoin

I think on the contrary, when the country experienced the difficulties of finance, they will be trying to find the best alternative solution, instead of other countries which have interests and benefit from the difficulties of other countries will seek to continue to create dependency of the difficult state.

Those countries that are getting revenue from bitcoin is not totally from bitcoin but from those registered establishments who are knowingly associated with any bitcoin activity and that's the way the government is profiting from those companies by simply taxing their company and giving them obligation to do some contributions.

Every country is different.
In my country, central bank gave statement about Bitcoin.
They said that bitcoin is not ''real'' money, valid for payment, or financial asset.
Based on it, it's impossible to use Bitcoin as official money for any payment.
I think that in the most countries situation is very similar.
Hopefully, we will see some changes soon.

Untrue. Why would they become scared about their currency being take down by bitcoin? In most country only few people are using bitcoin, compared to those that are using their own currency and foreigners who bought their currency to a country they visit.  I believe that bitcoin won't be taking over a currency.  Smiley If it could, it would take time, and probably would drag most of the bitcoin to that country.
