Potentially for sale:
One antminer S7 batch 4 hashing now
One antminer S7 batch 5 hashing now

Pending bitcoin price minimal $1850 bid for B4, $1950 for B5 (in bitcoin)
FEDEX/UPS ground shipment is included to US

Compare with much higher $ prices on ebay: B4 sold on 11/19 for $2425 (w/shipping) , buy it now 2499-3200.
Therefore, you get nice savings in comparison with ebay if you missed on ordering.
I want to pare down my stash due to family considerations.

I can set you up with an EVGA 1300 PSU plus 2 extra PCIe extenders (total 10 connectors) allowing it to run S7 (for $150 more shipped to US) if needed.
Good PSU(s) is/are critical for S7(batch 1-5) and EVGA fits the bill for smooth running.

I don't have to sell, so please don't bid low.
Cheers

escrow can be considered (you pay), but only for those who are senior members and ALREADY had multiple escrow transactions done.
to newbs-first you need to get trust and/or demonstrate sufficient technical proficiency to demand an escrow, otherwise you have to rely on my prior trust to make sure that everything is OK.

This must be the way you responded to my pm.  Yes I am a noobie on these forums and no I don't post much.  I have completed a few transactions in the last 30 days using escrow through OgNasty.  Only an idiot would rely on anyone's prior trust to complete any transaction, since you can purchase accounts.  Without some kind of protection I might as well just my money to the bum that sits down the street from my office.

Escrow does not prevent technical mistakes being made by the buyer, with the buyer then blaming the seller.
If you completed escrow, fine, but nobody said a peep about it.
I never mentioned your PM, incidentally, but if you want to go at it, I never heard about anybody here or anywhere else sending an empty box-a scenario that you specifically described in your PM.
This is a kind of "fantastical" thinking that made me NOT to want to sell to you specifically, which is my choice.
I bought from people here without an escrow and sold items as well, and I find your comments offensive.

In the end, this is my selling thread and if you disagree, you simply don't have to buy.

You might have better luck selling for 50% more than you paid for in btc when all batches are sold out, but then we get closer and closer to the halving.

yeah, one month later...in one post you talk about how difficulty is rising too fast, in another suggest to order miner one month later.
according to you, difficulty will be rising at 20% clip, so in 35-39 days it will be X1.72 current, so
4.66 miner TODAY will be an equivalent of 8 Th miner when batch 7 ships.
if the rise will be 10% per period, then 4.66 miner today will be the equivalent of 6.2 th miner when batch 7 ships.

My point is that you are making diametrically opposite statements:

either it is good to get the miner now because difficulty is rising very fast OR it is better to wait one month and get 8% better hashing AFTER the difficulty has risen 30-50%. It cannot be both.

The difficulty rising too fast was yesterday when I kept noticing 6 blocks being solved in under 10 minutes.

But yes my opinion changes from week to week. Hard to predict anything anymore in the crypto world.

But good luck with your sale anyways.

My advice is just keep it. Even if you just wanted to get your money back whoever buys it would pretty much pay for shipping twice (first to you and then to them). So if you discount the shipping cost to you you're gonna get less money back in the end.

I'd probably buy this from you but I've got another deal waiting to close for some older gen gear (sp20) so if I have some btc left over I'll give you a shout - assuming you did not sell it or decided to still not keep it.

I think the right thing to do would be to sell these miners at break-even instead of trying to make a profit. At break-even you have a chance of selling them.

These miners are already expensive as-is and you are adding more cost, you probably won't get a sale.

Bitmain apparently has huge supply of these S7 miners, so there isn't a shortage hence it doesn't make sense to increase the price.

it is as close to breakeven as possible (within $100-150 - a small gratis for me ordering them a few weeks ago and providing instantly with no wait).
Why exactly I cannot make a $100 profit? It's kind of a bizarre thinking.
for example, I don't know, maybe you will turn it around and sell on ebay the next day for $300-800 more, which I think many do with no qualms whatsoever.
So, i am not allowed to make $100 in order for you (hypothetically) to make $400 instead of $300 on ebay?
Miners ordered today will come in 1-1.5 mo, which is maybe 1-1.5 BTC later, so prices make sense to me.

I have a feeling that you want them, but don't want to pay, but it is NOT how it works in life.

I don't want to get into a large argument. I am only making these posts to help you get a sale.

You need to understand basic supply and demand if you want to be successful at buying and selling things.

You can only increase price if there is massive demand for something, you can't when there is massive supply which is pretty much what you are doing.

Difficulty is sky-rocketing so you are trying to panic sell. Bitmain lists gear almost everyday at much cheaper prices. There is huge supply of these S7 out there.

Stop using eBay as an example because we all know selling miners on eBay is very risky where someone can buy it, mine for 44 days and then say it broke. Which is highly likely for a miner such as the S7.

If these don't sell in a few days, lower your price to break-even, if they don't sell after then even sell it at a small loss.
