Why is gambling so addicting?

It's because gambling is like drugs, you always want more on gambling even you are win or lose. The feel when you have a bet and the sweat and your heartbeat makes gambling become fun.

Really? gambling is not like drugs but you are having fun playing gambling , gambling is hobby and like sports that your mind really think and then follow your instinct but im not sure that you are going to win straight evendo your going to hard playing. but gambling for me is really but and really addicted.

in some manner you are correct its just like a game that you focus your mind and dedicate your self the only problem with this addiction is you are using money and losing it especially big amount is not funny and trying to regain it back would turn really to addiction.

yeah i agree with you that gambling is a little on the hobby side than like drugs. it's like a vice, that when you start to appreciate it, it would be very hard to stop. kind of like when you can't stop smoking cigarettes. with gambling, the sensation that you get when you win, without you having a hand in the outcome, kind of add excitement to it.

You can earn money from gambling but the question is could you make it easily and often ? Actually no , and that's the reason why so many people were getting addicted to gambling because they are trying to make gambling as a easy method of earning and getting profit .

I think that people become addicted when they have ones then they think that they can do it again next time because they have already proven that they can win.
With every win under there belt they will have more confidence in winning despite the losses.

You are right and when someone loose they should take it as a factor to detach themselves from gambling, rather they simply take it as a challenge even gamble more and more. in any case I don't think there can be any profits from gambling, because sports betting has high edge and that covers the knowledge factor while dice is pure luck.

You are right, people are taking gambling addiction too seriously, though yes if you loosing too much then you should but that been said gambling is a hobby like you watch movies and spend money on various other hobbies, cannot be called brutal or killing or can be compared to smoking or drinking, since gambling does not affect us physically.
